I recently had my car repaired at Collision Solutions in Hainesville Illinois. Some little cowards carved large cuts in my new 2016 vehicle, I was sure it would never look the same. Collision Solutions fixed the damage in just a few days and it looks good as new. They sent me daily emails on the progress until it was done. And the price they first quoted was the final price; no surprises Great job guys…

From August 2012. The Best thing about them was when I never had to go back… I ran into an 18 wheeler tire on I-94…superficial damage but there was enough to warrant a claim. The owner and office manager are really nice people. I brought E46BMW3-Series Sedan to them and they were polite and courteous. Addressing all of my concerns and telling me it shouldn’t take too long to fix. Okay great, I roll out in a POS Kia Sorrento and i was on my way. I go to their shop in Hainesville to go over the damages and get told basically… Im a liar and the Car didnt overheat(Ill admit, its German a problem can be here today and gone tomorrow) I had two or three guys there more intently focused on picking out what they werent fixing than what they were… I basically said as long as the car looks good and drives correctly Im fine. The First time I pick it up… Its raining, Great Get home and notice all of the flaws… Fisheyes, orangepeel, overspray, paint wasnt wrapped around edges, drips, and gobs of stuff throughout the entire job, alignment was severely off and the AC blew HOT. Brought it back after contacting USAA… I was told a new guy did the work… WTF! You dont have a new guy paint a BMW even if its older. You have him practice on a Cadillac or some other POS. Slightly miffed I got back into a different rental and was on my way… A week later I go and look at it. Overspray is still present, many imperfections, clear was burned, damage to the original paint and still the original issues. Final time… Pick the darn car up in the rain again… I didnt care. I was so exhausted from the whole ordeal I just brought it home and called my insurance company. The alignment was right, The AC oddly blew nice and cold and still does just like it did before it was smashed, runs, burns, my moldings were burned from the buffer, all lights were misaligned… just awful. I ended up bringing it to a competitor and it was fixed perfectly. I would not go there. If you dont care and the insurance is paying for it… fine but if you give a crap about your car dont go. Update 4÷10÷14, I figured out why the car overheated. A Piece of the fan shroud had broken off and caused the fan to not spin… hence the car overheating. Only reason I say it was from the accident is BECAUSEONEOFTHEBELTWIRESFROMTHETIRE was caught on the shroud.
