I was born and raised a catholic my whole life which is probably why i’m so screwed up religiously, as much as the catholism says they are not a business, they are, they ask for donations (code for payment) for their services. Comin out to Hawaii and visiting this place by pure chance brought me back to when was I kid and when I actually liked goin to church, what brought me back here was the sounds of a band playing inside, they were not playing tradition ave maria songs they were actually playing laid back rock, some island melodies I would definitely come here for a sermon and even more so donate for their services. I guess everyone sees religion differently sadly it will be hard for me to be turned back due to all the lies they feed me, but any day of the week I would come back to this place to worship.
No one staring, no one judging, just come as you are, even in slippers they won’t turn you away here.
