Taco Bell

Taco Bell gets 3 stars because, well, it does what a taco bell does and is quite adequate at it. Sometimes I get a nice full taco, sometimes really skimpy… the same variance at any of them.
I do have to provide a warning though. On our most recent visit, we paid for our order with a credit card. Within days, our CC company called us and questioned us about some recent charges. There were 2 charges at tobacco shops (neither of us smoke) and an attempted charge at Pick N Save that didn’t go through. 0 stars for the employee who copied our number and either sold it or used it himself. And yes, it was a HE because the name on our receipt was Michelle, but a guy was the one who was actually working the register.
We didn’t have to pay for the fraudulent charges, but the fact that we had to go through the trouble of getting new cards issued, waiting for them to get mailed and changing our automatic billing was kind of a pain in the butt. Use cash here and save yourself the trouble!

Terrible. Constantly messes up your order.

There is a time and place for Taco Bell. And that time and place is when you live in Hales Corners and it’s really late and you have to go to Taco Bell because its literally the only thing open and you just really like Chalupas, OK?! Also, maybe alcohol is involved sometimes. Don’t judge. You’ve been there too.
Anyways, I HATE THIS TACO BELL. I’ve only ever been through the drive through and OH MY GOD IS IT THE WORST! The service is slow and rude and they never ask me if I want hot sauce and of course I want hot sauce. One time, I went through the line and had to listen to the chick talk to someone through her headset about her baby daddy drama and it was not a pleasant conversation. And totally inappropriate to be having in front of customers.
They’re just awful.

Horrible service at the drive thru. We had to correct the lady taking our order several times because she kept putting the wrong thing on the screen. The lady taking our money didn’t even look at us besides telling us the total and she was talking to someone else the entire time. On top of that, our food was basically thrown at us.

I have been to this location several times, and have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly. I’m glad that Taco Bell (and other fast food places) have the screen at the drive thru so you can see if your order has been entered correctly. I still check the food before I leave the drive thru, though, just to be 100% sure. 9 times out of 10, my food is correct and I don’t have to send it back.

Taco Bell sets low standards and then fails to achieve. My steak taco was about 90% sour cream, 8% lettuce and maybe 2% steak. Complete rip off.

Taco Bell… It’s Taco Bell. I’m sure you’re aware of what you’re getting yourself into. Late night drive thru lines can be brutally long. Service is what you expect at a fast food resturant food is on par with your typical Taco Bell experiance.

Service here sucks. Most drive thru employees are too busy eating, talking to friends, or just staring into the ether. The food isn’t.
