I’m really conflicted about this McD’s. My son really likes the Play Place. They have the usual climber and play components, but they also have really fun chairs that look like the McDonald’s characters.(Warning: The chairs are cute, but they’re hard and kill your butt.) I guess I shouldn’t expect much in the way of cleanliness from a McD’s, but there’s a Ronald McDonald statue in the Play Place that I don’t think has been cleaned since the beginning of time. It’s gross all by itself, but kids sit and play on it all the time so I can only imagine the germs passing between Ronald and all those kids. Yuck!

Man, I’ve been trying, over and over, this McDonald’s serves cold food at night and the food in the morning is even suspect. I went out for my wife, late night, the food was cold and the kids made me wait five minutes for cold food. Nothing like millennial’s being millennial’s

In recent times, McDonald’s has been undergoing something of a renaissance into trying to become some odd upscale Starbucks-a-like, and in doing so, as a parent, I’ve been disappointed to see a number of nice playlands disappear. McDonald’s seems to have forgotten that they have the playland market cornered… so anyways, I’ve decided to review some and share some hints for other parents. This location has slowly been stripped of some of its playland components in recent years. At one time sporting a ball pit and a rope ladder climb, these elements have been removed, leaving a small set of tubes, money cage, and slide. The removal of the rope ladder climb was accomplished through the addition of a ladder tube, which is more difficult for really small kids, but probably a bit easier for everyone else — the rope ladder had been in poor condition. There is adequate seating inside the play area, and the restaurant itself is recently remodeled, with a new layout, seating, and tables. It would be nice if they’d figure out something interesting to do with the empty space that the ball pit used to occupy.
