The little one and I were suffering from some cabin fever so I decided to pack up the jogging stroller and go for a nice walk somewhere. After carting out to some trails in Muskego that I found were closed, I decided to walk Whitnall park since I haven’t before. I found this big parking lot right next to this great playground. The baby isn’t quite old enough yet for the playground, but we will be back as soon as she is. Anyways, we took a walk around and found out this was pretty close to Boerner Botanical Gardens. The area is all lush rolling hills, woods, wildlife, ponds, streams and waterfalls. It’s seriously beautiful and definitely worth walking through. My only complaint is that I read on the Internet that this park had a paved trail, and it did. The paved trail, however, was actually a road. Most folks were very careful and took it slow driving, but there was a few dingleberries who decided to whip through like it was a highway, so for that, I knocked off a star.
