Yogurt selection had variety and was decent. Like it’s been said in previous reviews, the gummi candies were stale/tough. My kid didn’t need those teeth anyway.

I had stopped in here when they first opened but never got a chance to review the place. I was not happy at all with the place. Not only did they not seem very helpful but they did not seem very«intelligent» with answering questions. I had inquired into getting a smoothy and they said they«really don’t do smoothies». I’m like OK, well can you maybe do some sort of a blended drink with some fruit and yogurt? I told them the flavor I was«going for» and they were not helpful at all. Ended up with a VERY bitter nasty tasting OVERPRICED kinda-smoothy. I would never go back here.

Eh. This place is ok. They’re super stingy with samples. If you want a sample an employee literally has to get it for you. And it’s the tiniest amount too. They won’t let you get your own sample, heaven forbid. Some of the toppings(gummy bears, sour worms) were so hard they could probably take a filling out. Bah, why aren’t there better fro yo options around this part of town?

New to the area and my husband likes hard-serve icecream. So we said lets try this place ! Cute name. Its in an older strip mall went in was greeted right away, but the smell … Let me tell ya it has an old musty smell, just looked at my husband kinda funny … We ordered after looking at the many choices — was pleasantly surprised at the selections. Not too many places to sit so we went to our car, ice cream was just ok. Will continue to look for more options.

I’m familiar with the YoFresh in Oak Creek, and have always been bummed there wasn’t one closer to the Franklin area. I was very disappointed when Ferch’s closed in that area. Recently, I received a text from a fellow resident in the SE Wisconsin area, and he mentioned that they were giving free ice cream to dads. I have to commend YoFresh on many levels with our visit there. First: Options of toppings and flavors were ample. I was impressed at the number of flavors of boba(I think that’s how you spell it?) balls. The variation of sorbet and yogurt were perfect. Second: Cleanliness… This place was right on top of it in every aspect. One person was washing, scrubbing, wiping, and picking up after patrons instantaneously, but not in a rude manner. Often that type of cleaning makes you feel rushed or unwanted, but the individual doing it kept her distance and made sure that she was not intrusive. Third: Politeness. Overall, the staff was just outstanding. Between them offering TRUE free ice cream with no catches or gimmicks, to them having a genuine smile on their face and wanting to be there — we are happy we stopped, and will definitely be back. I hope that they come up with a «buy 5 get 1 free» type card in the future, but won’t be upset if they don’t. (Oh yeah, my daughter LOVED the spoons. They’re not just traditional, but have designs/animals on top!)

This is the second location I have been to and it’s slightly different. It has a cute interior and familiar set-up. The flavors offered here were all different, some toppings were different, and I found out that the loyalty program is only good at individual stores. So, even though I signed up at the location in Franklin, it doesn’t carry over to Hales Corners. In fact, Hales Corners has a stamp card that you can fill up with each purchase to earn a free item. The location is super easy to access from Hwy 100. It’s in the same strip mall as Sherpers, Papa Murphy’s and Hallmark. Parking is easy since it’s a huge shared lot with Pick ‘n Save. It’s a brightly lit and clean location. The girl working at the register was nice but did not offer us the same courtesy as I was given at Franklin. Since I had been to one before I knew the routine, but she did not even ask or offer to show us how things worked. I won’t fault her entirely. This location is also open most nights until 10pm.

YoFresh Yogurt Café is a hidden gem in the quaint cute town of Hales Corners, if you are looking for frozen yogurt or sorbet, look no further! The woman working when I went in was very friendly, and she remembered that I said I loved their Watermelon Sorbet on my second visit! They are located in the same shopping center as the Pic N Save and there was ample parking in front, and around this shop. Clean & pretty shop, with a few places to sit and plenty of toppings to choose from, seemed like 8 flavors, although I didn’t count them all, and you can sample their flavors, all were tasty, but I loved their Watermelon Sorbet enough to get it twice. Very friendly, awesome location & yummy yogurt, I’ll be back soon! :)
