First of all, If I could rate a zero that would be my rating for this joke of a business! My husband and I were celebrating our 12^th anniversary and he wanted to surprise me with a bouquet of beautiful flowers. He saw a picture of what he was looking for on the website and requested that it be delivered to the restaurant and set on the table before we arrived. First, it was not there on time. 40 minutes later a bouquet was delivered that looked NOTHING like what he saw on the website. She told him it was better than what he ordered. Then she sends angry threatening texts saying that the card was not going through and that she was going to show up at my house with the police. She later told him that she wrote the number wrong and apologized. She also accused him of hurting a small business but if you ask me she is only hurting herself with her horrible customer service! It doesn’t surprise me at all that her total rating is only one star and she’s lucky she got that! If you’re thinking of getting flowers for someone and you don’t want to get ripped off, do not come to this place!!!

Ordered a bouquet in sympathy for friend. It was not delivered when they said they would. Nor delivered after I called to complain. Now calling my bank to declare a fraudulent business. I am so disappointed in the flowers I ordered for Mother’s Day. Although the possibility of substitutions was mentioned on my order confirmation after I placed the order, the arrangement looks NOTHING like the image on the website, down to the vase that was used. I ordered a bouquet with at least 15 – 20 pink and white roses and my mom sent me a photo with a small arrangement with less than 10 pink roses and some purple filler and greenery… horrible!
When I called to complain, I was met with the most hostile customer service. The woman insisted that she made a more expensive bouquet than the one I ordered and there was nothing she was going to do to make it right. I am so upset. This is not the way I wanted to feel about the gift for my mom. I will never use this florist again… buyer beware!
