I believe this store recently closed it’s doors. FYI

I always buy something here. Cute knick knacks, gifts, stuff for self. It’s a feel good store, and very good customer service. The last time I was in, I did feel like the selection had slimmed down a bit. That was slightly disappointing.

When I’m doing the Half Moon Bay Main Street stroll I usually pop in here just to scope things out. This place is a cutesy little boutique specializing in «happy crappy» fun shtuff(and like many of us on the female side of the species you know I’m a sucker for those types of goodies). Magnets, night lights, soap, body butter, doggie clothing – etc.The local is nice and the shop itself is bright and airy and clean and the owner brings in her friendly little doggy so that’s cool too. Lolia S. is so right by mentioning that the selection of the items has gotten worse. I use to be able to duck in here and find a gift or two for both special and random occasions. They used to have this killer collection of tchockies for brides to be(and not just frilly girly frou frou shit either – on appropriately short notice I actually found an appropriate gift for a runaway to Vegas bride) and the soap/bath section had more variety. Lolia’s also right that they cater to the teen market – they sell Half Moon Bay High sweatshirts in the front section of the store. Still this place does do a fairly good job with the holiday goodies so that has earned them the third star.

I usually make it out here once or twice a year and I have to say this time, the selection has gotten worse. The shelves are pretty barren and the product quality is such that it would mainly appeal to teens on a budget. They carry a small assortment of cosmetics(no interesting brands), knockoff looking accessories, silver jewelry, tiaras, soaps, candles, Primal Elements bath products, and baby things. Every year they have a couple of tables set up with pumpkin themed items, such as pumpkin bath salts and pumpkin ornaments. I don’t see Primal Elements in stores as often as I used to, so if you’re a fan of that brand, you might want to check this place out.
