Brad is one of the best ‘idea’ guys I have had the privilege of working with in real estate! He can take a concept or dream… & translate it into a tangible reality quicker & simpler then anyone I have met!

I have used Jaeb Real Estate, and have recommended them to my friends. They have done and excellent job serving our needs. They have a warm personable manner and work well with the clients, they are very knowledgeable of the Peninsula and the neighborhoods on the coast. As a buyer’s agent they are looking all the time for the best fit for the client and for the seller’s agent they have a great sense of what sells a home. I believe people will find them eager to serve, and help you find a great house, or if it is you need, get you a good price for your home.

Brad & Kirsten have been great, they were our main contractor for a kitchen remodel, they were quick, clean, and cost effect. When we sell out house we will gladly use these guys.

Do not use this realtor! He cost us more money in the long run as he promised to be our «contractor» and help us in getting the upgrades and repairs needed to our new home. Not only did he do shoddy work, he said he had done things that never were done. He was supposed to seal out deck and it was never done, and he charged us $ 100.00 to do it! The pipes in the bathroom were «glued» together with a piece of plastic that didn’t even come with the new vanity and we found it dripping and water damage under our vanity. We are dealing with the bad work he did by nailing down our hardwood floor in the dining room and drove the nails directly into our water pipes! Needless to say we now have a plumbing issue as well as hardwood floors that are damaged! When we tried to contact him to resolve these issues all he said is «well you are a homeowner now» and did not do anything to help us. He also recommended a mortgage broker who told us to lie on our application and almost cost us losing our deposit and the house. My best advise is to stay away from Brad Jaeb!

Just met Will today for the first time. Very well spoken gentleman and business man. I will be recommending folks to him and his business for now on :]

I recently bid on a house (a bank owned property) with Kirsten Jaeb. She was referred to me by my coworker, who was very satisfied with her work.
Kirsten really treats your money as if it is her own. She asks what your needs are and does her research based on what you are looking for. She has good strategies to get the property for you too. We were able to get an REO property 5 days after it was listed when there were higher offers. She is really a personal real estate agent.
After the bank accepts our offer, they ordered inspection for us, and Brad was there with the inspectors. Because he is also a contractor, he called several places for us, got some estimates. He was there when the workers came to estimate and he showed them what repair needs to be done based on the home inspection report. He then suggested us to negotiate the purchase price even though it was an «AS-​IS» sale. I mean what real estate agent does that?!? They are willing to take less in commission because they want to save money for you! After two tries the bank did lower our purchase price. I am super happy with them so far. I will update after Escrow. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a responsible agent, especially if you don’t want to take time off work to deal with all the hassles that come with buying a house.
