Haneen helped my husband and I purchase our first home. She is an excellent realtor. She took the time to walk us through everything as we were new to this. She is very patient, always available to answer questions and goes out of her way to make sure you get the home thats best for you. We couldn’t be happier and are so glad we worked with her. Without Haneen, I would not be sitting in my beautiful new home right now. She made my dream of owning a home come true. Her expertise, patience, honesty, caring and never ending energy made it possible. Because of her, my first offer on the home I had fallen in love with was accepted even though there were six other parties bidding. She knew just the right price to offer. As it happened, one other party bid the same price as me. She had me write a personal letter to the owners explaining why their home was so special to me. It worked! The owners chose me over the other party. It’s this kind of devotion to a client that you will not find anywhere else. I know from many previous transactions with realtors. She was always available to answer even the smallest questions. I wondered if she ever slept. If I was to busy at work to deliver a document, she would offer to pick it up and deliver it by hand herself.
When I went into escrow, my loan approval got tied up by the underwriter from Ally Bank GMAC. This had nothing to do with Haneen as this was all in the Mortgage Brokers arena. But Haneen never left my side. The requests for documentation were burying me. I was scared to death I was going to watch my future home slip away. Haneen stuck right with me and saved the day on many occasions because of her in depth knowledge and emotional support. Because she had gone out her way to build a firm relationship with the sellers agent, Haneen was able to get me a badly needed two week extension on the contract. This bought me time to sort out the loan problems. In this current sellers market here in the Bay Area, you need every advantage you can get as a buyer. Haneen is the one who can make it happen for you. I have told her many times that it would never have happened for me if I had not found her.
Once I had moved into my home, Haneen did not just forget about me. A month or so later, she noticed that the Title Company has made a billing error and I was owed over $ 500. She fought with them to get me a check. That is devotion. I would have never caught this error on my own. It’s just one of many examples of the service you can expect. I could keep writing about everything she has done on my behalf but I think I’m out of space.
