Finally the tri-​city area has a good fish market again! Wide variety of shellfish and fresh fish cut to order.
Doug Freeman has been in the business since fish began swimming in the seas. So you can buy with confidence. Prepared food is also available. Probably one of the best fish fries in the area. In addition, Chester’s Smokehouse meats and fresh produce are available. The staff are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Go out a support a local business! It’s the only fish market we have. What passes for fish in the local supermarkets pales in comparison.

The fish fry dinner with two sides is to die for. For under $ 10 I got the shrimp macaroni salad, cole slaw and a generous fish fry. The case was full of other salads that were different and appetizing. I also bought a piece of cod to bring home. Best fresh fish I’ve had away from the ocean. I’ll be back.
