Updating. My son loves it still. The food is good. So i decided to update my rating

This location isn’t bad. I had a veggie burger and hot dog. It’s located in a strip mall so there is room.
I wish burger fi didn’t have so much sodium in their food because it does taste delicious.

The burgers are good. However, after placing online order, had to wait 25min in the store. First worker forgot about me, then he was busy talking to someone. Refunded food and left. Recommendation: «quick online pick up» should not be 25min.

I do enjoy a good gourmet burger! While I don’t mind paying for quality, I do find BurgerFi slightly pricey for the small sized burgers.
They are juicy burgers and I really like the buns but with so many other options nearby it’s a tough sell. Having the logo branded in the bun is a nice touch for marketing and is unique for a photo but that’s it.
My by favorite part would have to be the fries! They are sold separately and come in a small or large which is great for sharing. They are crisp with some salt seasoning. Worth getting with your burger!
I like the quick service concept and there are tons of seating here which is hard to find in the area.

Burgerfi sells itself more on the gourmet burger side VS fast food, the only thing making it more like a gourmet burger was the incredibly long wait we had for some simple burgers and fries, which was very disappointing. The burgers are little leaving me and my party of 7 hungry for more food afterwards.
What I find most striking is that the fries and onion rings are cooked in peanut oil… Which isn’t advertised very well. There’s a tiny sign off to the side that was very hard to even read. This personally offends me having a brother allergic to peanuts.
Eh. Maybe I’ll try wapo taco next time!

Back again to get a simple burger for my 7 year old son, called it in 15 minutes before I arrived, guess what, had to wait another 15 minutes, the place pretty empty. Frustrating service, slow, not well organized. No manager on site.

This place is good AF! Fam I gotta say I ve been to five guys and In and Out, but this place can actually contest its own place against them. The patties were juicy like the sweetest Drake lyrics. The burger was a perfect synchrony of flavors and was on fire. The service was awesome and they really know how to treat a customer. I also ordered the chili fries and it was so freaking good. The chili was zesty and so fresh that I knew it was made a few hours ago. Fam real niggas eat in this place

FYI, ordering ahead online apparently means that they won’t start actually making your order until you show up. Food is average but extremely overpriced for a gourmet burger.

The place was good, the food was good. I liked Coke machine very nice and funny I try like four kind of Coke. Really nice place, but I think there are other burgers that are better taste is for that reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

This is an update on my last visit. Couple things:
1. The staff was out of this world. It’s in the details. The cashier noticed we were the only ones that hadn’t received our food and brought it to us.
2. The playlist was good.
3. The food was fresh
4. Unilocal should allow the update to count towards the average rating.

Dinner here Saturday night. Cabernet with my burger was a nice pairing. Had a single with cheese. A little pricey for a McDonalds size burger that tastes only slightly better. The onion rings were large and crispy.

The food is amazing. However it just takes one bad experience to negate the menu. Went to get food, ordered a VegeFi burger. Said it twice. The person taking my order was so busy multitasking and joking that he placed an order for me for a cheeseburger. I am a vegetarian. And there was only 1 order taker and 5 people in the kitchen. So what do I end up with — not what I ordered. So I get to spend the next 30 minutes driving BACK to BurgerFi to pick up the correct order. Oh and the order taker? Apparently the manager — David G. Not happy.

Second burger place in two night and 3^rd since being I miami for the last 10 days.
Not sure what people see in this place. 8 bucks for a tiny burger. And 15 for the whole meal. Yikes. How does this place stay in business with the competing burger places same area. The bun swallowed the meat on this burger. Making me say wheres the beef. When I found and tasted the meat it was seasoned good. The high light of the meal were the fresh cut fries. This is the only reason I can see to eat at this establishment. Needless to say I am not a fan and this will prob be my only burgerfi experience… Damn I easily pulled in by advertising.
Go down to the beach to Le Tub and find a far superior burger for the same price. That place has been ranked on top ten list for the country.
As well the night before are at Burger 21 for 15 dollars got a bigger better burger with a milk shake and designer sauces for that same 15 bucks.
Both better than burger fi.

This is my new favorite place to get burgers!
My family and I walked up here from the beach. We got caught in a typical, South Florida rain storm and walked through the doors soaking wet! We got inside and found a very welcoming staff with an old-​school diner atmosphere, yet modern and hip interior.
I love the layout of this restaurant! Inside has chilly a/​c with your traditional tables and chairs, then the second dining room is an indoor/​outdoor space with plastic furniture and much warmer than the first dining room, then lastly are the tables on the outdoor patio. Plenty of seating to accommodate a variety of people — which was great for my family of six!
We ordered burgers and fries. I ordered a cheese burger with fi sauce. I was a bit apprehensive but it was delicious! My kids loved their burgers and one of my daughters ordered a hot dog. We ordered two large sized fries and it was enough for the six of us to share. We had one order made spicy and the other with cheese on top.
We also enjoyed the fresh fruit drinks. They have two large dispensers with freshly squeezed mango and strawberry juice that resembles a smoothie. They also offer traditional fountain drinks and a variety of iced tea.
The condiments are also on the counter which is nice because if you want more ketchup, mayo or mustard you can just grab it without having to ask for it or make a separate trip to wait in line.
Ice cream is also served here. I haven’t tried it yet — maybe next time!

Food is 3 stars– nothing special specially when considering other options in the area.

Ordered no cheese got with and to stay they gave it to take out .
Burger is dry and not taste.
One cashier at 2pm.

Hubby ordered a burger from here, it was a little small but overall decent. For a burger, drink and fries it was kinda steep– $ 13. I told him to at least get a refill since they charge almost 4 $ just for the drink! YIKES. I have to say though, the French fries are out of this world. We would go back.

Always good service! Consistent customer service is always appreciated. This location is conveniently close to where I live. They have a vast menu ranging from burgers to ice cream and yes, they have beer. It’s just like every other Burgerfi but they’re true to the temperatures that you request. I highly recommend the Brisket Burger!
A special note to military and vets: They offer a 15% military discount which was a nice surprise and a huge plus that makes me frequent this location because it’s nice to feel appreciated. My little companion and service dog Luna always gets the royal treatment with zero hassle.

This place has pretty great burgers! The meat is very lean and juicy. I love the stamp that they put on the burger, it gives it a nice touch. The bun was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The BurgerFi sauce is very good. The fries and onion ring combination is great for those that can’t decide (like me). The onion rings were a bit too oily for me but had actual fresh onion inside and the fries were yummy. It was very yummy all in all.
The staff however didn’t seem so happy to be working there, not the nicest cashier.

I thought this was the best new burger chain when I first went in and now I have my doubts. I like their menu; it’s fun and the food is OK and the place is innovative in their design. The staff attitude is iffy. The one on Hallandale Beach Blvd is ***** for attitude and the one on the Beach sucks.
It’s odd how one or two indifferent waitrons can sour an experience for an entire chain, but then I’m a crank, so what?
