This company has horrible customer service. I accidentally purchased the wrong bar. Sent an email notifying them of MY error 6 minutes later. No response via email, wrong bar shipped, could not reach them via phone, and then they want to make me pay for the shipping to EXCHANGE it for the correct bar. Im totally on board with paying for shipping of my product(twice), but good customer service is correcting the error, even if it is on part of the customer, and typically the company pays for the return shipping. But I guess losing out on a sale in its entirety is more valueable to the company to prove a point to the customer — smart business practice, good luck with that

Bought a towel bar online. After 10 days, they still haven’t noted IF it will ship. Customer service is unresponsive via email. Now trying to cancel the order and purchase elsewhere. I’m in CA — they close before I can call. Website not user friendly. Horrible, dishonest company. Typical FL. Buy elsewhere.

Do not buy from this company! They will charge your credit card immediately and then delay shipping for weeks, with a whole line of illogical stories. Rip off!
