Dunkin’ Donuts

I wish I had the option to give it no stars. This location does not even qualify as 1 star service. The drive-​thru is the worse experience you’ll ever have with this location. They never want to prepare the oreo blast drink. Every time I ask for this drink in the drive thru they say they are out. I finally decided to get down one time to check and without mentioning I was the same person in the drive thru I re-​ordered the same drink. Magically the drink was available as a walk in option, but at the drive thru they said they were out. LIARS!!! avoid this location at all costs

So rude in the evening – we said we needed a moment to decide in drive thru and the cashier got an attitude, as if we were bothering her. Then she didn’t answer for a good two or three minutes when we said we were ready. We ordered a donut and were angrily informed that they had no donuts left since it was almost the end of National Donut Day. Silly us, naively thinking Dunkin Donuts might still have donuts left on such a day! We ordered 2 lattes instead, were cut off by an irritated «Hot or cold,» said hot, were later asked if we ordered iced and corrected it, and received two awful, burnt-​tasting, room temperature, ¾ full lattes. Happy National Donut Day!

I have to say in the mornings during the work week the line moved pretty fast. You walk in and sometimes the line is almost to the door.
I don’t come here every morning; just on occasion for emergencies.
I usually get the sausage and egg croissant sandwich with a coffee. Their donuts are just ok… nothing to scream about as well their muffins.

(Night time) An Employee name Alesis trying to rush me because the line was long, gave me a two scoop sunday that i order and when i look at the cup even with the whip cream it looked very unsually small so i told her that it looked very small for a two scoop and ask for another scoop and let her know that i wasn’t happy about it she said that is the size, now this is the first time that I have argue about this I always had order 2 scoop Sunday and be satisfied with 2. So my daughter ordered the same thing and flavors I did, then i go the the register to pay got my receipt and notice that she had charged me a 2 scoop sundae for $ 4.39 and then charge me $ 2.39 for the third scoop that she puts in the same cup and was even smaller. Now a 3 scoop sundae cost $ 5.29 but she did this in purpose to get me upset. I question her about it and said that she needed to charge me for a 3 scoop Sundae instead and she very loudly said no because I ask for an extra scoop. She keeps arguing that she did the right thing that got me so upset to pay $ 6.78 for a very small sundae, that I ended up asking for my money back where she careless said sure, gave me my money and sarcasticly throwed the ice cream in the garbage. I told her thank you for ruining my Valentine’s night with my daughter and she said have a good day.

Worst ever third time I had problems first time I they forgot my actual food this time I waited 5 mins at mic waiting to place my order only to get to the window for her to ask me again what was my order then put in my food then to tell me they don’t have plain bagels so I said toast is fine only to get burnt toast and the WRONG order service is bad just everything overall is wrong smh

Delicious Donuts and toasted bagels with cream cheese and cold vanilla flavored coffees that hit the spot every time. Good location … better than the US 1 location down the street. I drive a little extra just to come here because it’s worth it. Friendly staff and good customer service.

Honestly, I’ve come here before in the service is always good. But I tried to go in for a pumpkin Pie coolatta and the entire staff ignored me for a good five minutes while I waited at the front counter. Finally, a man waddles his way in and they serve him immediately, disregarding the fact that I had been there first. Other than that this place has always been very attentive to me and my family, however the morning rush staff seems to know how to deal with customers better then the Sunday afternoon staff. Giving this review two stars because I don’t even have anything to review, I walked out of there so fast.

This place was better before they renovated it, I was overcharged for a combo by $ 1.40 for substituting a hot coffee for an ice coffee !! When I asked the employee why are you charging me for an extra coffee she said «well you are getting a hot coffee «- I am not going here anymore !!

Love their coffee. Quick service. In So Florida many of the DDs are combined with Baskin Robbins… so it’s great to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Coffee and ice cream!

It was getting late and we were heading back to the condo but I needed a coffee — and a donut sounded good too. We stopped here and the first thing I noticed when walking in was that they didn’t have the air con blasting like most places in the area did. The building was very comfortable. It was also very clean and the lady who served me was just so friendly and smiley.
We got a couple coffees and a few donuts and since I saw the wifi sign, we decided to have them there. Free wifi, hot coffee and tasty donuts are three of the sweeter things in ife.

Coffee isn’t always the best. But there pretty nice when you ask them to re make it. Make sure you leave your house a bit earlier if you plan on going in the am

One of those Dunkin/​Baskin Robbins combos at this smaller location. It is newer and generally well maintained. It is an okay location being very close to I-​95. It also is located in the Bermuda triangle of fast food with a KFC on one side and a McDonald’s on the other side.
