Publix why don’t you teach your employees who run the front counter: customer service department, not to hang up on the customer, your monkies don’t know how to transfer a call so instead of learning how, they rather loose a sale and hang up, your bogus commercials about how can we help you is a bunch of nonsense. Here is a helpful hint, put a bunch of bananas by the phone, train the monkey and the monkey will learn.

That one review on the deli counter is spot on. Horrible horrible service. Don’t bother pre ordering a sandwich because it will never be there. Don’t bother as they have no idea what the word hustle means. Customer service way below average. Even worse, whenever you do get your food or groceries, the lines at the checkout are ridiculously long. Do not go here if at all possible.

Worst deli counter! These people move for nothing to take anyones order. Went for lunch to order a sub and walked out empty handed because no one was being helped in line. This place has management problems.

I went to the Publix to buy something for lunch, and then I saw the lady from the deli grabbing like 8 chicken tender and putting theme in a sub, I decided to order one for me and was one on the best subs I ever tried !!!
