One star for food they get another because the bartender tried to make it a good experience for us… we only came for dinner and it was very very bad. Burger was tiny and tasted like meatloaf. Chicken wings were black on inside Small area for bowling, only a few lanes, so there wasn’t any room because someone was having a birthday party that took them all up. I was expecting something much nicer.

This place is my favorite spot in the area. The food is high quality, the hookah is incredible, and there are endless options for entertainment. There’s a bowling alley, a bar, an arcade, a pool table, a foosball table, hookah… It’s a great place to hang out at night with friends or take your kids to during the day time. The staff is attentive and service is impeccable. My favorite drink is the mojito while sitting outside in beautiful weather. Definitely will come back!

I get it, it’s a bowling alley. It’s also a bar where people are actively smoking tobacco. Therefore. PLEASEDONOTBRINGYOURCHILDREN. I really want to like the concept of this place. I like the concept of Dave and Buster’s as well, but I have a review of that place as well, which shows my feelings on mixing gaming, children, and alcohol. This is not a substitute for a babysitter if you want a date night and can’t get a sitter. There is a bowling alley with neon/strobe lights, etc off to the side and a DJ that makes this feel kind of club like. It’s too adult for 7 year olds to be bowling, especially when we were there at midnight on a Friday. Add in the billiards, hookah, etc. and it just felt ODD. In addition people sitting outside with their hookahs deliberately will puff smoke at you because they can. WHAT? The first round of drinks we got here were cash paid, no big deal. Played a round of air hockey. Then we decided we wanted to shoot some pool. Ok, how do we play? Asked the bartender. She said you get the balls from her and the cues were on the wall. $ 20 an hour to rent the balls and prorated if we returned them earlier. Ok, no big deal. They needed a credit card on file to hold so we didn’t run away with a bunch of billiard balls. Boyfriend and I decided to play for 30 minutes, no big deal. First of all there was no chalk. I can’t shoot with no chalk. Secondly there were only racks for 15 ball, not 9. Weird, give me the option at least? Then when I turned in the balls after 32 minutes I was charged the full $ 20. REALLY. Mind you I was standing there waiting while the bartender ignored me for probably three of those 32 minutes. Then she asked me if there were 2 rounds of drinks on the tab in addition to the pool. Um, no-just the one, the first was paid cash and closed, don’t try to double dip. Not cool at all. The $ 10 round of pool and drinks ended up being over $ 45. I really wanted to like this place, it just left a few bad tastes in my mouth. We had a good date, but there’s definitely room for improvement on the part of the venue. I know that there’s little I can do about people bringing their kids here but the bar staff was what really turned me off. Maybe in a good long while when I’ve forgotten about this I’ll give it another shot.

This bowling alley was a pretty strange place, but I was having so much fun with my Hubby we didn’t care! We walked in the wrong entrance I guess and stared around for like 5 minutes and then found the front where we could get shoes and pay, $ 40 for an hour of bowling for 2 people is kind of steep IMO but to be fair it was more fun than most bowling alleys. The next weirdness was when we were trying to figure out where to go and the employees were really struggling to find our lane, finally we figured out which lane was ours and we started our timer and there was someone like fixing our pins so we couldn’t bowl… we got our waiter? to get rid of him so we could start bowling. They didn’t offer to restart our clock, it was only 3 minutes in but still it was kind of strange they didn’t just restart it… then the waiter brought us diet coke and water and then never returned, we had just been out to eat so that was all good but again, just the whole set up of this place was kind of strange. I did love the lights and the music/vibe in here. Despite the weirdness it was a really fun time, I might check out another spot if I want to go bowling again but I’ll remember this place is here and its an OK spot.

I really liked this place. The chic interior, black lights, live DJ all made it very appealing. I never even knew Gulfstream Park had anything other than a race track! The only downside to this bowling alley were the prices. I came here with three other people. It ended up costing us about $ 80 to play for two hours. I’ve been to other bowling alleys(bird bowl, splitsville) which were much cheaper. Our waiter and the staff were very accommodating though, as when our time was almost up, we were still in the middle of a game so they gave us extra time to finish. All in all, our waiter was very attentive, bringing drinks and food items directly out to us while we were bowling so we wouldn’t have to step away from the game. I have no complaints about the service. The DJ was also great. Excellent selection/variety of music. Great place for a fun date night.

Strike 10 has something for everyone, and with a name like that, you’d assume it’s a bowling alley. It’s more of a lounge/bar with a handful of bowling lanes thrown in the mix, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t a good time. My date & I tried this place out on a Saturday evening. Early enough to not experience wait times like others mentioned. We paid for an hour of bowling, but apparently that also meant a game limit? We got through 2 games and it didn’t allow us to start a 3rd. Our hour was almost up so we didn’t mind, but a heads up would’ve been nice. After bowling, we grabbed a table to continue drinking, order food, & play Jenga. The menu isn’t extensive, but you have your options of typical bowling alley/bar food. They have pool tables, foosball tables, an air hockey table, board games, hookah, outdoor seating, and connected to an arcade. Definitely ideal for a date night with a twist or family time. The music was good too. Mostly hip hop & Top 40 stuff that everyone enjoyed listening to. I had to dock 2 stars for a couple things: Service: it was decent, but borderline overbearing. Our server must have had a stopwatch and stopped at our table every 3 minutes. He also had to hold onto my card because we finished bowling and grabbed a table. That was a little odd. Prices: $ 20/game per person on the weekend is ridiculous. Even $ 15 during the week is aggressive. This isn’t a state of the art bowling facility. There are only about 10 lanes, so wait times can be upwards of 2 hours. Organization: while the place was clean for the most part, the Games section had cards, blocks, and pieces EVERYWHERE. I had to build Jenga before I could even take it to my table. I wouldn’t even want to begin to look for all the Uno cards. I would definitely be back. Maybe skip on the bowling, and play a few rounds of pool or something.

This is a great place to have a party!!! I had like three parties here and enjoyed every minute of it. I like the atmosphere and vibe it’s a bar, club, and bowling alley all in one. Definitely a nice place to hang out with friends and family. You will have some good fun with drinks and food. The music is live! Oh yeah the bowling is super dope too! I was quite the bowler but not the best lol. Gutter ball city!!! So now that we got the fun stuff out the way let’s talk about what riled me up. The staff has to be from Jupiter or something… They are so far gone it’s not funny. They will tell you your wait time is an hour and forty-five minutes(making people leave that can’t stay that long) then call you in a hour. When you need two lanes because you have a large party they will make it almost impossible to get your party to the needed lanes. They take forever to get your order and barley acknowledge you until you flag down someone and tell them you need assistance. You will be waiting forever and a day for anything here. However there are plenty of drinks and games to keep you entertained. The food is good but extremely overpriced. Just like the $ 14 drinks! Be prepared to spend over $ 100 for you and a date to eat, drink, and bowl.

Gotta give kudos to Rachel who works at this location. She was fantastic! That is what costumer service is all about! She was very attentive, gave us 15 minutes free of extra time so we could finish our game, and gave the birthday boy a free shot of tequila. She is the sweetest girl! Will definitely go back when we are in Miami again. We had a blast and all thanks to her! Location is pretty awesome too. Very modern and drinks were strong and good. Those beer towers will mess you up! I felt like I was 21 all over again!

Just moved to Miami last month and their waitress Rachel is a breath of fresh air. She’s a blast in a glass! She’s a walking holiday, everything she recommended we ordered and I’ll definitely be back here for it again! Friendly, fun atmosphere and probably one of my best if not the best place here in gulf stream! 10 stars for Strike 10! :D

We went here for a date night on a wed around 10pm. It was not crowded and there was no wait time for a lane. The shoes were very clean and the bowling alley itself was very clean. The décor is nice and the music is enjoyable. We did not order any food so I can not comment on the tast of the food but the people next to us seem to be enjoying their food. We did order a couple of mojitos which had a nice amount of liquor in them. I was buzzed after my first one. One thing I did enjoy was the waiter service. I like the fact you have a waiter that comes to you while you are bowliing to take your drink and food order. They even have 2 lanes dedicated for kids. It looks like a little vip section with couches tables. There is also an arcade to the left when you walk in. I did not go inside the arcade so I can not comment about that. I would defintley go back to this establishment.

The dj SUCKS!!! The dj was clearly playing music for himself. Not one person in the place was vibing to his selection. The food was frozen microwave food and the wait is 3 hours to get a lane because you can’t make a reservation after a certain time which is crazy!

I have a confession to make: I thought the Village at Gulfstream Park was just a horse track. Oopss! It is, but also way more than just equines. I had no idea that I would be entering a sort of Disney for adults, filled with restaurants, bars, shops, casino, and a bowling alley. So when I was invited to go bowling on a Saturday afternoon, I decided to check out this hybrid concept of a mall. Strike 10 it’s a high-end bowling place. Expensive, of course. $ 20 for an hour of bowling. But the good news is that they carry kosher food and vegan friendly options. Cocktails were delicious and our waiter Fernando was amazing. At one point, one of the waitress spilled some sauce near to our bags, and Fernando offer us a shot of tequila for the inconvenient. That was unexpected and great customer service. Be patient finding parking. Good news it’s free and they have shuttles to give you a ride if you are wearing heels. Thank God!!!

For anyone who’s been to Basement Miami, Strike 10 might look or even feeeeel similar. Scratch that. Strike 10 comes off as a generic and overpriced replica of the lounge experience at Basement Miami. Due to it’s open layout, everything can be seen from any corner of the room – an obvious oversight in design that quickly erodes the novelty of the experience. While the crowd largely consists of a younger adolescent demographic, as the night grows older, so does the crowd. There’s a bar, there’s music(there’s no DJ, but there’s music), there are large couches to lounge on, and large flat panel displays everywhere. The food is strategically priced in order to encourage the upsell. For instance, you can pay $ 5 for a side-order of fries, or you can order a burger($ 13 – 17) and get the fries as an included side item. Bowling costs $ 20 per person, which might suggest they aren’t selling enough alcohol to keep the lanes open.(Which gives credence to the notion that this place attracts a younger age demographic.) If you’re grown and sexy, you enjoy great music, and you’re looking for a more authentic experience, leave the kids at home, skip this place, and go to Basement Miami instead. However, if you’re not yet old enough to get into Basement, this place should be right up your alley.

Really cool place, neat, clean, good service and music. It does get really loud at night to the point were we could not hear each other, but apart from this it is a great option for spending a really nice time indoors and at night. The food was not bad at all and even the shoes did not looked like they were hiding a surprise inside of them that would say hi if you didn’t check before lol. Had a Great time with the kids, and Ever danced a Little bit with my Baby girl.

Definitely up & coming — located in Gulf Stream casino this place is nothing short of classy upscale bowling for ages 7& up, though my parents did think it was a tad loud,(you can still talk to each other without yelling) my boys couldn’t wait to play. Grandparents, moms & dads in our 30’s and children in teens and even an 8 yr old agreed this was a great birthday walk-in. Beautiful, clean and brand new from pool tables to lounge seats & colorful bar — white granite tiles– just a really cool place to take your teens and get drinks while their having a good time. Would highly recommend to parents coordinating cool events!

*This review is only for those 45 years old and older. For all you 50 something Florida Cracker handicap local Tournament Bowlers, do not bring your young grandchildren here. For all you young up and coming grandchildren of 50 something Florida Cracker handicap local Tournament Bowlers, don’t bring PaPa or Grammie here. Take it from an old fogey, this place from all appearances is a straight up Rave with a few Bowling lanes thrown in. I grew up learning and loving to Bowl at the long gone Johnson street lanes, my Mother was on a League for years, I was in an actual League for only one year(my voice cracked and I got a girlfriend). As a kid I always thought Bowling was only for us poor white folk not realizing it’s no different than LaCrosse or Water Polo. None of my Black friends wanted to join in. In hindsight to this day I thank them for that, I hate losing. The Bowling Alleys I grew up in were brightly lit, cigarette smoke filled hang outs for old white folk, Strike 10 Bowling ain’t that, or even close. Even though it’s in the poshy Gulfstream Villages and sandwiched in between poshy bars, they mislead you with classic Bowling Alley exterior. Faux retro soap writing on the doors totally threw me off. I’m a Florida Cracker, after hitting a few upper crust places I saw the Bowling Alley and zeroed in and talked my wife into going, what a mistake. These young people today worship Satan, I have no other explanation. We walk in, me expecting old white dudes with mustaches smoking Camel cigs and drinking mugs of beer only to find the lighting was purple with extremely loud Rave music, and nobody over 22 years old, nobody. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a long time musician so I appreciate almost all music but this was way too loud, I wanted to call the Police on these young people. We stayed because we were spotted by Staff and ordered a beer, it was the longest 5 minutes of our lives. A few sips of our beers and the purple lighting changed to green, then red then some color I can’t describe. The changing colors along with the overly loud thumping Bass that almost caught my Cargo shorts on fire(jumping coins in my pocket rubbing together caused much heat) made us flee after only one drink. I wrapped my Wife’s sweater around her shoulders before we both posted up with our walkers and clickety-clacked the hell out of the place. I’m warning everyone under 45 who loves Trancy-Dance music, drinking, getting together with friends and Rollin’, this is your place. *I was joking.

A group of us came here last Saturday night and had a fantastic time! This is a nice way to enjoy an evening with friends. The bowling was a lot of fun. We all enjoyed the dj and the full bar. The experience is sort of like going to a bowling nightclub. I have been to similar places in other cities and I love the concept. This place is large, well staffed with friendly and helpful people and is something fun and different to do with friends. I’m not sure if this is suited for«serious» or competitive bowlers(and based on some of the negative reviews it’s not) but if you are looking for a great time and are near Gulfstream Park you should definitely check it out! I know I’ll be back soon!
