This place is disgusting to say the least. I had the pork chops and they over-brined to the point that it tasted like ham. We also ordered crab cakes and it is all filler and $ 20+. The corn that accompanied the crab cake was worse than what I can get from a can. It was unseasoned and basically dumped out of a can and mixed in with diced tomatoes. I’m no canned veggie connoisseur but that was the poorest quality of corn I have ever seen. Tasted almost like TV dinner corn. The service took forever!!! When the food finally came over, our dinner was lukewarm cold. They told us that the reason was because the oven couldn’t stay on to cook the crabcakes. Really?! I have never taken the time to post an actual Unilocal review but this place was so terrible, I felt responsible to warn others. Also, I am giving one star only because Unilocal requires you to in order to post a review. However, if I could. I would give zero or even negative stars for the poor quality food and alcohol and extremely slow service.

I have been here twice. Both times ordered drinks and apps. All tasted great! Wish it was opened late hours.

I’ve been wanting to check out Cadillac Ranch at Gulfstream for quite awhile and I finally had the opportunity to drop in on a recent Thursday evening. We walked around the outside of the building until we found the entrance which was completely opposite from the valet parking and we were promptly greeted by a hostess who scooped up a couple of menus and walked us through an almost empty restaurant area to an empty table surrounded by ten or twelve other empties. After seating I immediately excused myself and asked Michelle to order an iced tea and I headed for the restroom. The bathroom was very impressive but messy with small puddles and used paper towels littered across the floor. Not a good sign for this«upscale eatery.» I expected to return to our drinks but Michelle informed me that no one had been by to take the drink order. Finally our waiter arrived and we ordered drinks and at the same time he asked if we were ready to make our food order. I guess he was trying to hurry us along because we had been sitting so long. Michelle chose the roasted chicken dinner and added a $ 5.95 cup of chicken and wild rice soup. I, of course, picked my all American favorite: the Cadillac Steak Burger. The soup arrived quickly and was just the right temperature. It was tasty but should have been called cream of chicken and wild rice to better describe the consistency. Michelle said that her chicken tasted just okay: cooked correctly on the outside but a little undercooked on the inside. My hamburger was good, cooked correctly and visually appealing. The accompanied french fries were about par for a cheap fast food joint. During our meal a party of ten was seated right next to us even though the entire restaurant was empty. We felt like our privacy had been invaded. At about the same time another patron, who might have had a few two many drinks, tripped as he was going to the restroom and ended up face down with a very loud splat. A server close by turned and looked but did not offer any assistance or even ask the man if he was okay. I observed some employees standing around making idle talk among themselves and blocking the way to the exit and we almost got run over by someone delivering a vat to the bar. The $ 55.00 check included an automatically added 18% tip and even though I usually tip in the 20% range it offends me to have the restaurant add it in automatically. I had a fantasy that I would love this place before I arrived but that fantasy has been shattered and I will probably never return. Cadillac Ranch might be a cool place to go for a few drinks but the food is far from stellar. Had it not been for my $ 25 Restaurant .com coupon I would have called the night a total bust.

I liked it here. Since it is in Gulfstream park, they have TVs with the horse races. We had really good Buffalo wings with beer at the bar. Nice staff.

I ate at Cadillac Ranch the other day and was not impressed at all with the service and food. I ordered Mac and Cheese as I had a craving for cheese LOL instead I received Penne Pasta with a spicy alfredo sauce when I asked the waiter how are you advertising this as Mac and Cheese he replied well for 15 dollars we would not give you plain MAC and Cheese well dont call it Mac and Cheese then as I have had some $ 25 plates of real Mac and Cheese. They put chicken in it and the chicken was frozen not fresh chicken. The only thing good about the place is the atmosphere as it is rustic looking and all new but the overall experience could be compared to Chilis. Nonetheless, I will not be going back unless the quality of food changes. SMILES

Cadillac Ranch wins as the worst restaurant dining experience I have ever had in all of America. 1 star is too good. Our group was 4 adults and 3 children. We arrived on a Sunday night at 6:00. The place was mostly empty. It took almost 3 hours to escape. We ordered drinks, appetizers and entrees. The insults to restauranteurs everywhere began almost immediately. The glass of house white wine looked like it would barely fill a Dixie Cup. Later we were to find out that dixie cup cost $ 10. We waited at least 30 minutes for the appetizers to arrive. The onion rings were decent. The artichoke dip hot. So not too bad a start. The waiter then came back and said they were out of Ahi Tuna.(They said that last time, another bad experience, this was the redemption tour). So two of our party ordered again. This was after the appetizers had arrived, so we knew they hadn’t started cooking our order. We waited at least 45 more minutes for the entrees to arrive. Most of us were drinking ice tea, as you do here in South FLA. After such a long wait, the waiter was kind enough to bring us a pitcher of ice tea — with not a single ice cube in it. So we had to wait another 10 minutes for him to swing by to ask for ice. The entrees finally arrived. I ordered steak salad and minestrone soup. Soup and Salad. I got a burger and fries. And no soup. Which was better than the 2 of the adults and 1 of the kids — who got nothing. That part of the order was forgotten. It was at least 20 more minutes before their dishes arrived. I asked about my soup. The server brought that out. Creamy chicken and rice — which looked and tasted like the cook opened a can of Campbell’s Cream of Chicken soup, forgot to add water, and slammed it in the microwave. When the bill arrived, we have been over-billed by about 30 dollars. And to make the dining experience a bit more dangerous, the entire concrete floor was slick with grease. One of the kids was having fun«skating» on the way to the rest room. One woman walking by our table had to grab our chair before she hit the ground. Bad food, bad service, unclean eating conditions, over-billing. I think that covers it.

What can I say about Cadillac Ranch that hasn’t been said before? Not much. In a nutshell, my wife & I were looking for a new, different restaurant for lunch. We headed to Gulfstream and were considering Yard House or Cadillac Ranch. Unfortunately, we chose the latter… and did we regret it! The atmosphere is awesome, very large and spacious. Cool interior, 2 huge bars and a few outdoor areas — one with a fire pit — perfect for get togethers w/family & friends. If the ratings were based on interior only, this place would be a 4 or 5, however, they don’t so on to the first misfire: the food. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip and hands down that was great(sadly, that was the best thing we ate). The place is overall very casual and this is reflected in the menu although, it think the menu is pretty limited. A few steak dishes, one chicken platter and a couple of sandwiches and burgers. My wife opted for the chicken breast platter w/broccoli and mashed potatoes. They failed to mention the chicken is bone-in along with a leg and includes the skin. Near the bones, the chicken was on the raw side with a red, purplish color that was not edible. The broccoli was barely steamed, being very hard to chew and the mashed potatoes looked like they came from a box. All this an the food was very bland. Granted, the dish is offered as low-carb, healthy fare, but honestly, just cause it’s good for you doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be seasoned or even cooked thoroughly! I ordered a sirloin burger with onion rings. The burger was just alright. There was nothing wrong with the burger per se, but rather for something so simple, there wasn’t anything to it flavor-wise. The onion rings were not good at all, actually, they taster down-right rancid like they’ve been fried in oil that was past is usable life. They had an after taste that was gross enough to have me stop eating them after the second one. Service was strike two. Our server seemed bothered by our presence. As if asking for ketchup or our bill 20 mins after we finished eating was an annoyance to her — mind you the restaurant had about 2 other couples there and was about 98% empty. My wife was so disgusted by her food, even after they offered to correct it by recooking the dish for her(a kind gesture on their part to remedy the issue) but replacing a poorly cooked, bland dish with another poorly cooked, bland dish does not really fix things. Burgers are pretty standard. However, with so many excellent burgers out there(Five Guys, I’m looking at you!) there’s no reason for a modern, sit-down restaurant to not be able to handle this basic American staple. All in all, I agree w/the other reviewers. Go here, hang out at the bar or near the fire-pit, order some drinks and snack on the spinach dip! Enjoy the big screens, watch a game there… but don’t order the food or expect to be treated to decent service. Epic fail… should’ve gone to Yard House!

Decided to try it because of $ 25 coupon I purchased online for $ 4. I have walked by this place many times, and now I know I will continue to walk on by. Even with the discount, I think it was overpriced. Food was ok, not many options for non-meat eaters. Ordered the seared tuna salad, which was just ok. Kids had standard kids food from the kids menu. Overall, not a bad experience, but when comparing to the Yard House, which is a few steps away, I cant imagine why this place is still open.

I stopped by Saturday night and was looking forward to eating here given that it was my first time. The location is great; in the heart of Gulfstream Village. The place inside is cool and kinda dark with music guitars, posters and license plates that hang on the wall. It reminded me of a Hard Rock Café. On Saturday night they had live music which was nice and relaxing allowing you to enjoy the vibe of the restaurant. After eating junk food throughout the day I opted for something a little healthier and ordered the Cadillac Steak Salad. The salad consisted of spinach, tomatoes, onions, croutons, bleu cheese, and pecans which sat beneath sirloin steak strips and served with balsamic vinaigrette. The salad was really good and the best part is that the salad was less than 550 calories. The service was great and the waiter was attentive. Overall, I recommend this place. I enjoyed the service and food and appreciated that they had several healthy items to choose from. Next time, I plan to have some adult beverages; they looked tasty.

A moderately priced themed restaurant with cadillacs, a mechanical bull and a large outdoor patio w/live reggae music playing in the heart of Gulfstream(not sure what the theme is here). I recommend the Seared Tuna, Margherita Flatbread, and bringing some dude w/a couple of bucks to spend.

Yeah, ah, NOOOOOOOO! What is it about his place? Yuck. Last February, when my husband took me to Gulf Stream, we walked by Cadillac Ranch and saw the outdoor fire pits. It looked like a cool place to hang out, so I made a mental note to try it sometime. I got a Groupon offer awhile ago, so I bought it. Things started off on the wrong foot and they just never got better. When we walked in, there was a heavyset woman wearing a shower cap and denim shorts berating the hostess at the front desk. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait. We felt like having a drink first anyway, so off we went to the bar. Service at the bar was awful. My husband finished his first beer and was still THIRSTY. It took about 10 minutes for a bartender to materialize, and when he did, he sped by, grabbed the empty glass and vanished leaving my poor husband blinking with piqué and astonishment. I thought he was going to leap over the bar and chase the guy. Eventually someone else came along and gave us a refill. So, the 30 minute wait stretched into an hour. The guy on the bar stool behind me kept leaning back and bumping me. I ended up getting a second margarita. You know there are training issues when the first margarita is weak and too sweet and the second one burns your eyelashes off and makes you talk like Yosemite Sam. As we’re waiting, it seems like there are shifty characters cruising through who aren’t customers. Seems like they’re coming in the back door, walking through the bar area, and then walking out through the front. I took my purse off the back of my bar stool and held it in my lap. Finally it dawned on me– these are desperate racetrack gambling addicts! duh! How lovely. After enjoying this delightful ambiance for longer than we felt we should have to, I went back to the hostess. She snapped at me that they were understaffed. I don’t doubt it. They’re also well on their way to being under-customered. We weren’t offered any choices of seating even though they have indoor, outdoor, bar and dining room areas. It was too hot for outside anyway, and at that point I really didn’t care. So we finally got our table. The waitress was nice and the food was pretty good. The menu is standard bar fare, and it has some clearly marked gluten-free options. I appreciated that enough to add on a second star.

I can see it being a great night spot, as they have a lot of open space and a good sound system, however their food was overpriced and barely out-performed Applebee’s. As a disclaimer: I came here for dinner on a Sunday, so it was a little quiet, and their food selection could have been lacking due to the Friday/Saturday traffic they pull in from the racetrack. Regardless, I can’t see their food quality living up to the prices they charge.

I visited Cadillac Ranch because of a living social coupon I purchased. The outdoor patio area had intrigued me many times before so I was excited to try this place. Everything about this place is just avergage. The interior is very nice, and they have really big booths. We went during the day and there were only 2 or 3 other tables inside. The mechanical bull was off. Nothing was really going on in this place. I had some chicken pasta dish that needed salt. The spinach dip was gross and watery. And I never really put salt on anything. Service was average. Then again we were probably his only table. Meh… I am not pressed to return(bored yawn).

I really like the location, décor, and vibe of Cadillac Ranch. Other than that, this place is pretty mediocre. I came for a private party out on the patio. It was beautiful. The weather was great, and we loved the fire pit and lounge-like atmosphere. The bartender was really nice, but service was definitely slow, and they didn’t stock the bar well enough outside. My friend wanted a dark rum, and we had to go inside to the other bar to get her drink, and they wouldn’t accept our drink coupons that we had for the event for her drink because it wasn’t at the bar outside. I guess I can understand, but it just didn’t make for good business. She wasn’t asking for top shelf, just not the limited selection they had at the patio bar. When we went inside to get her drink, we waited for a long time at the bar before we were acknowledge and the drink was expensive. They need to realize that they’re in Gulfstream, not South Beach. I did use my drink coupon for a bay breeze, and it was great. The appetizers were decent, but nothing incredible. Just average bar food. The 3 – 4 servers that were at our event filled out small buffet table with appetizers, but most of the time, they were just hanging around doing nothing while there was one bartender trying to handle all of us. Bad planning on their part. I might come back for dinner sometime, but with Yard House in the same vicinity, it’s not likely.

One of my Social Studies teachers in high school once told the class: «Everybody starts out with an A+. It’s up to YOU to decide what your grade will be in the end.» That being said, Cadillac Ranch started out with 5 stars. Great«rustic» décor, fireplaces outside, live music playing, bars inside and out. Seemed like the place was going to be a great time. Unfortunately, that’s not at all how it ended up. Our food took more than an hour and 15 minutes to arrive. Most of the plates were cold. I had a burger and it was terrible(how do you mess up a burger??). The Shrimp & Crab Alfredo dish looked like something dumped out of a boil-in-a-bag. At $ 19, that’s pretty ridiculous. We had to track down the waitress anytime we needed her(and the place is large, so this wasn’t an easy task). Just a horrible experience. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone if you’re looking for good food and a good time. I was soooo disappointed! Honestly, if not for Yard House having a 2-hour wait, Cadillac Ranch probably wouldn’t get any business. That’s the reason we were there and 4 other groups of people who arrived said the same thing.

This place was a heaping pile of disappointment. My girl had been here a couple of times with friends and had a so-so experiences, but the free drink tickets in our hands made us try them one more time. The décor is great, the space is huge and they have a mechanical bull. These are all pluses. The massive minus that detracts from the entire experience was the absolutely craptastic service. I mean downright SHITTY. The kind of service where they don’t even pretend to care. We swung by on a Friday night. It was dead as hell(off season) with only a smattering of locals populating the bar. 5 minutes after we sat at the bar(with no one around) the bartender decided to say hello to us. We flashed the tickets and ordered some drinks. Rum & coke for me and vodka/cranberry for the lady. The moment I sipped my drink I knew something was wrong. Seems the fountain drink mix(syrup) was bad and I tasted a horribly overpowering caramel taste. My girl’s drink was pure cranberry juice. We spent another 5 minutes trying to flag down the bartender again. We let her know what happened and switched our orders to beer. She mentioned the syrup issue in passing to the bar back, but really didn’t seem concerned. When she returned with our beers she slammed them down on the bar, sloshing over the glasses, and disappeared. At that point we gave up on trying to enjoy the place. We chugged the beers down and got the hell out of dodge. If this had been the only bad experience at Cadillac Ranch I would have given them another chance, but with the constantly poor reviews from other friends as well I’m writing this place off.

Dissapointing. Since this was listed as a barbeue place, we had the pulled pork sandwiches. I asked the waitress if they were good and she said they were really big. I should have read between the lines. The barbeque sandwich was cold and tasted like it had been previously frozen. The fries were stale. It wasn’t awful, but I wouldn’t go back. It was empty at lunch, but we had to wait 5mins for the hostess to seat us. The waitress was quick and friendly and kept the drinks coming. The décor is fun and there are two bars and nice outside seating. I would go here with friends for drinks or to watch a game on the big screen TV’s.

Typical sports bar environment located in the Gulfstream development area. Lots of LCD TVs, projectors, even a mechanical bull for you crazy drunk girls to ride. The food was decent, had the cadillac burger, good flavor, kind of pricey at 10 bucks(11 bux if you add cheese on it). They also have a brunch menu served from 11 am –3 pm on sundays. This is a very limited menu ala carte, breakfast burrito, french toast, and some other not memorable entrees, this is why i opted for the burger. Menu has steaks, chops, salads, sandwiches. Waiters were friendly, and genuinely tried to do a good job. But this is just your run of the mill american sports bar. Would definately consider coming here to watch a big game if i didnt have the channel. Dont know anything about drink prices or drink specials, but they do have daily specials on entrees. Probably worth a try at night, especially if there are drunk girls riding the bull.

Stopped in for a late lunch and wow what a nice place. It is 17,000 square feet which consist of a huge dining area, two bars inside, and two bars outside. The décor is awesome. Pictures of rock stars, guitars plastered on the walls, dim lights, flat screens everywhere, and the best part a mechanical bull by the front entrance. Picture a steakhouse with a sports theme, and this is Cadillac Ranch. Very cool and quite impressive. Great place to watch sporting events while grabbing cocktails and better than average sports bar food. The menu consist of steaks, sandwiches, salads, burgers, fish entrée’s and appetizers, including wings. We started with a spinach crab dip. I love me some good spinach dip. When it arrived to the table it was a bit small and the plate was filled with chips. This dish was so good. The consistency of cheese, spinach and big chunks of crab meat were divine. I would recommend this to anyone. Hubby ordered a burger with fries and I chose a cheese steak and fries. The burger was great and the cheese steak was just OK. It definitely needed some seasoning to it. It did not have much taste. Both plates were huge with a ton of fries and my sandwich was large. Several times two different managers stopped at our table to make sure everything was OK. It was nice to see that they were paying attention and cared about your experience. They had so many employees. It was nice to see them all dressed the same. Very nice look with black pants, white crisp long sleeve shirts and ties. Our server did take care of us, she just was not very friendly. Not much of a personality. Made me think, hey girl this may not be a good profession for you. All in all I really did like the vibe of this restaurant. They recently opened and have a few kinks to work out and hopefully on my next visit I can bump up a star but for now it’s a cool place for some good food and atmosphere. Prices are more of what you see at a steakhouse. I am looking forward to going back especially at night to just hang out. The outside patio areas have fire pits and comfy looking couches. Nice feel all around.

If you’re a fan of sports or bar food, chances are you’ll dig this place.(Being that I’m hardly neither may serve as a bit of a disclaimer.) The décor inside is pretty cool; bright red and blue lights with vintage-looking hubcaps lining the walls and flat screen TVs in every corner. And you definitely can’t miss the mechanical bull as you walk inside. We came to Cadillac Ranch during its opening week so there were a few kinks. They didn’t have burgers nor onion rings(the two things we wanted off the already limited menu). Instead I opted for the Margherita Pizza. It was simple and good, nothing too extraordinary. We also ordered the Cadillac Fries. Think of Outback’s Aussie Cheese Fries, only these were not nearly as tasty. The cheese was overcooked and hard. My boyfriend had the BBQ pork sandwich and he said it was mediocre. As for the service, our waiter was serviceable and friendly which was a plus given that it was pretty busy since there was quite a crowd due to the Olympics. If you’re thinking of dining here, just know that the menu doesn’t offer that many options and for the prices you’re probably better off going to another sports bar like the Ale House. The only upside I see to Cadillac Ranch is the outdoor bar areas and the fire pits.
