UPDATEFROMMYPREVIOUSPOST!!! i complained about this business due to getting food poisoning and the way i was treated when i brought back bad products and i received a letter back from the owner which made me do nothing but laugh this place is horrible and untrustwothy i pray that no one has to go through what i did. and if u do like the place and buy from here make sure you check your receipt because they ring up stuff wrong for example if you buy cheese they ring up meat so if there is a problem and you go back you are the idiot not them and its very sad they let people run businesses like this and no one trusts the customers experiences to shut places like this down… their feta cheese was sooo spoiled and i bought it an hour previously and when i went back they treated me like a liar and when i filed the complaint still treated me like i was the crazy one… horrible place especially the customer service this is not russia this is united states… regardless very sad

One of my favorite Russian stores in Hollywood, Fl. They have nice selection of condiments, breads, yoghurts. I am happy to find some products that I can not find in other stores. People working here are so friendly and nice. The best! They also bake fresh bread for you, if you want. I strongly suggest.

Terrible, horrible, awful, stay away! Just as you walk in the expression of the people that run/work at this place is shady and untrustworthy. A lot of the frozen foods have no expiration dates and when I pointed this out to the staff they told me that«it’s okay, that’s how it should be.» Yeah… maybe in some third world country, but in America it’s illegal… Then the meat in their frozen foods is just complete garbage. I have bought chicken pelmeni and lamb+pork chebureki, both lacked taste, which says they have been frozen for a very long time and have a lot of cartilage which made me spit the food out. I couldn’t finnish this disgusting, cheap meat and gave it to my neighbor’s dog instead. The«Russian» brand beer they sell tasted like they made it themselves in the basement and then just slapped a bunch of sticklers onto the bottles to make it appear authentic. And lastly, the lady working behind the register changed the price on one of the items I picked up because she thought it was too low. She changed it from 99cents to $ 1.99… The expression on her face was priceless, she looked like she just stooped me from taking her life savings away. I can understand a bottle of $ 30 vodka that they could accidentally put a 99cent sticker on, but I mean a dollar more? And her reason was that«It cant be a dollar, thats just too low!» This is just beyond ridiculous. It shows how cheap the owners are. I have never, in my entire life experienced anything like this neither in Russia, nor in America. Thankfully there are plenty of other Russian stores around. Avoid!
