Worst place to order just got my pizza is Rock hard n my wings r ice cold n not cooked all the way this looks horrible u guys need to fire everyone n hire people who knows customer service n food safety I will never go back to ur location IMG_2516.JPG

Don’t do it. It’s not worth the time, disappointment or calories. Delivery will take an hour, it always comes cold and it tastes like cardboard with old cheese on it. I used to really like stuffed crust pizza but this store ruined it. I didn’t think you could ruin cheese on bread… It’s way overpriced, bad quality, takes forever to get through to place an order. Go anywhere else for your pizza.

A co-​worker and I were starving and needed a place to order from. The counter online lets you know it will be up to an hour for delivery which is not the problem, as i was prepared to wait. What was horrible was it was over an hour and a half before we actually got the pizza. So after waiting another 30 min between the phone call to check on our order the pizza finally came, except it was the wrong pizza. I asked for thin crust & of course it was not thin. When I called back to ask if there was a way to return the pizza, but only if the delivery person was not to far, because I was still trying to be nice & not in convenient, the girl who answered was RUDE AS HELL. Her response was «what do you want me to do». I work in customer service, if i ever responded to a guest like that i would get a warning from management. Your in the food business/​customer service attitude NOT NEEDED! she than said what do you want a credit. I said okay can i just get a credit please, that i was hungry after waiting so long and would just deal with the incorrect pizza being sent. She hung up before i could even ask how would i be getting the credit back. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN. PLEASE BELIEVE I WILL BE CONTACTING MANAGEMENT AS ACCORDING TO THEM ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED.

the worst customer service ever! they took almost 2 hour to deliver the pizza and when i called he said too bad there is nothing we can do! antonio the manager had no resolution or customer service skills he had no idea how to treat a customer! the worst i will be never ordering pizza from them again!!!

TERRIBLE!!! I ordered a pizza with cinna stix at 11 pm and I NEVER received my food ! I also called twice the gentleman said it would be here in 5 minutes. It’s now 1230 and I’m hungry and they took my money because I used my card.

I wish I could give this place Zero Stars. Customer Service Sucks, no one seems to know what they are doing and served me a thin crust. Which I didn’t order as hand tossed and was really rude about it. This place Sucks! Please Avoid!

Worst Pizza Hut ever. Bunch of kids work there who can’t handle or manage time. Everything takes forever, the employees ignore the customers to talk to each other, and the manager looks like he hates his life. Can we shut this place down cause an empty parking space would be better

Horrible experience!!! Almost 2 hours for delivery, called twice to see what was going on, got hung up on once. Pizza arrived cold and tasted like cardboard. Never again.

Pizza and breads sticks were super dry and to make matters worse there was only a quarter full container of red pizza dipping sauce in the box, employees in the store are not organized or prompt at all, I stood there for 15 mins just waiting to pick up my order that had been a ready sitting there on the to go rack for 10 mins.

Ordered pizza 4 hrs in advance to be delivered at 9pm and it came super cold looking like yesterday’s pizza. They offered to resend it in 30 – 35 mins… came after an hour and ½ cold again. I had ppl for dinner and we had to order somewhere else.

I’ve ordered from here twice. The 1^st time took forever and a day to get a pizza delivered. And the pizza was cold and didn’t taste that great.
So i tried it again thinking 1^st time was a fluke. Nope. Disappointment again. Pizza tasted like cold cardboard. And then one of them didn’t have the toppings I ordered. I called them back and they said they ran out of some of the toppings and sent the pizza anyways. No one bothered to call and tell me anything. Wow.
So pizza is cold, late delivery, and tastes like cardboard. Yea. Avoid this place. Your better off getting a frozen pizza. I refuse to order from this place again. And if this is what Pizza Hut allows, then I’ll refuse to order from Pizza Hut all together.

This pizza hut is the worse in pizza history. They will not cater to you or even respond to your requests. From the simple requests of extra sauce or extra cheese… they dont care about the customer and they dont have any good customer service. Their ceilings are dripping water and they are rude. The order is never correct and they can care less about how you feel. Its the fourth time we’ve ordered from this headache of a place. and Never again! The manager’s name is Hector, and he is so rude! He has bo business being a so called manager.

This place is a mess. 2h for a delivery, when you change for a take out, you show up, and after 15min they tell you: «oh sorry we don’t have what you want anymore»… They could figure it out when the order showed up on the computer and call me…
I said i don’t want something else. She went checking the fridge and told me that finally they have my dish.
When i finally have my food, it was missing the cheesy stick, and then «sorry we don’t have anymore sticks… Of anykind»…
While i was waiting, 3 custumers where complaining to not having what they wanted…
And they look like they don’t care. They just exchange with ramdom stuff… In 20min, it’s been 4 angry customers leaving. I won’t come back to Pizza hut again! Especially this one!

This is the third time we have ordered pizza from here and something doesn’t come or it comes wrong. First time the wings were forgotten, second time drizzle and wings were forgotten, third time drizzle and wings were forgotten. It is unbelievable!!!

Worse place to call for service, we called for service they t ok la us it would be an hour wait, and when we called to follow up, they didn’t find me in their system lousy service.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had. Have lived in the area for about 2 years. The employees laugh in your face, food is always cold, I swore that I would never order again from this place but my daughter in-​law ordered again a few weeks ago this time the pizza had no cheese. This place is a total JOKE. Go to Little Cesar’s much better pizza and it hot and cheesy and not to mention a lot cheaper !!!

I don’t usually order pizza but occasionally there’s this Pizza Hut commercial that makes you want to order that cheese crust, but unfortunately everything goes down the drain when the delivery guy takes 2.12 hours to bring your Delivery …
Tried to call and find out with the manager where the delivery guy was and he just hang up on me??? Tried to call again and they won’t pick up my call???

Its the worst. I order delivery and not only did it take 2 hrs for them to deliver only2 pizzas but it arrived cold and i hafld to call them to remind them of my irder. When i told the delivery guy about it he acted rude and just told me if i wanted the food or not. Don’t go to this place.

Pizza Hut sucks… pizza came an hour + late, no soda, pizza was ice cold and the manager in Hollywood, fl refuses to take calls, they send you to a call center in Miami. Never buying Pizza Hut again…

I don’t really like the pizza from Pizza Hut, but my son gets a Book It certificate from his school that entitles him to get a free one topping personal pan pizza. The employee who took the order, Abraham, was nice. During the 15 minute wait for my son’s order, I noticed the low menu prices… hmm, I didn’t know Pizza Hut sold pasta. The meaty marinara pasta looked good, I may try it next time.
