Great sandwiches, terrible customer service. Will not return. I called to place a delivery order and was informed that it would be about an hour and a half. So, I said thanks but not thanks and hung up. But since I had already started craving one of their sandwiches, I called back and said I had decided to drive and pick it up. The woman was super rude and snapped at me saying «oh, you think you’ll get your food faster if you pick it up? I still have 2 orders ahead of you, so we might as well just deliver it».
For the record, I wasn’t expecting that my food would go to the top of the list, just that I would avoid the delivery wait time.

The 2 women that run the place have a horrible attitude. the handle all the vegetables with their bare hands and when I politely recommended that they shouldn’t do that I got snapped at. Only go here if you want to deal with people that act like they hate life. For the first time ever I just walked out without any food. The previous owner was much better.

This place is fine, sandwiches are average. Although I’d strongly suggest you call and phone-​in your takeout order, as using the Unilocal!app causes them great stress and confusion.
They had no idea what order I was talking about, even though I showed her the confirmation email I received. I was in sort of a rush (which is why I ordered ahead) but I stayed calm and simply re-​ordered and kept a smile on my face as they burned up over 30minutes of my day.
About two hours later I get a call to yell at me for not picking up my order.

My co-​workers have purchased food from this sub shop for me several times, and the food was fresh and delicious. However, today I decided to pick up a sub for myself. The customer service was terrible!!! The young caucasian male was working hard the fill orders as quickly as possible, but the woman whom I assume is the owner, had an attitude from the minute she opened her mouth to take my order. Not only did she loose me as a customer, but believe you me, my co-​workers will no longer support this business and I advise you to do the same!!! Customer service is the key to success lady!!!
Unfortunately, I had to pick a rating to post my comments, but my intent for the rating was to give them a negative rating not 1 star.

I visited this restaurant on 2⁄5 16 Friday with a friend. The sandwich was great everything fresh. However, the customer service sucked. The Lead person a middle aged blonde woman had a nasty attitude. Customer service is very important and for that I give the sandwicheer a zero.

I was in need of some powerful hangover relief for a group of buddies and turned to Unilocal for the top rated sandwich shop near me and man did I hit the jackpot! I was very warmly greeted as I walked in the door and since I wasn’t familiar with their menu, the dude behind the counter went through everything with me. I decided to go with 2 of each of the brisket, pastrami, and Italian whole size (a half would be good for a normal serving). The bread was absolutely delicious, the boars head meat and veggies were fresh and carefully placed evenly throughout the sandwich and the staff engaged me in some pleasent conversation while they prepared my order. I also took a bag of chocolate chip cookies which were amazing and was on my way.
Everyone was talking about how great the sandwiches were all day! This place is definitely a diamond in the rough and with the service and product they put forward, they give any sandwich making empire a run for their money!

First of all they serve Dr. Browns POP! I was down in Hallandale (from Minnesota we call soda POP) visiting family and came upon this shop. My husband and I came upon this sandwich shop and he ordered the grilled chicken parm sandwich and I had a greek feta with grilled chicken salad. They were both fantastic! My husband loved the italian bread and the portion was more than he expected. The salad was very fresh and crunchy. We had to take the leftovers back to the hotel for dinner! The owner even gave us a free cookie! YUM!!! We turned our family on to this family owned sandwich shop and they thanked us!

I’m a huge fan of publix subs, but these are hands down the best subs in Hallandale Beach. Everything I’ve had here is great. Plus, the owner is the chef!
The ingredients are fresh and the bread is amazing. Great local spot with good prices. Come hungry; the foot long is huge!

I went here for lunch with my fiancé last week. The service was excellent. The employees were really friendly, and our subs were ready within minutes. I had the roast beef sub, and my fiancé had the Italian sub. Both were amazing! The Boar’s Head meats were delicious, and the veggies were perfectly cut and crisp! They were also the biggest and nicest looking subs either of us has ever eaten. Oh, and when you go there, you must try the salted caramel truffle ice cream!!!

This place is FANTASTIC! Our new favorite place to order lunch, and we have yet to find anything to complain about. Their wraps are delicious, same with their sandwiches, and we’ve loved each soup we’ve tried so far. And if you want something sweet, their chocolate chip cookies are nice and chewy and full of chips! I’m super picky with wraps because they’re never wrapped right and this place wraps it perfect. I get the turkey and add bacon for my own turkey club type wrap and it’s been phenomenal every time!

A friend took me here for lunch today. She’s a regular but it was my first time. I love that all their meats are Boar’s Head. I got a footlong «Hallandale Beach» which was turkey, pastrami and salami on fresh wheat roll, deli mustard, the usual veggies and added feta cheese. They were generous with the meats and toppings and ended up leaving with half a sandwich which will probably not make it through the evening.
They deliver and was surprised they will come north all the up to Sheridan. See you soon, I’ll be back!
