Bounce Magic

I decided to bring my son here for his second birthday and he loved it! The place is loaded with bounce houses, arcade games and a few mini rides. My little guy loved running around, jumping and even watching the older kids play. Considering how gross kids are, I would say this place was very clean. It cost $ 12/​kid to get in. I would say that’s a little expensive since you are probably going to spend more money on food and tokens for the games. If you go on the first Monday of the month, you can get in for $ 6 if you draw a mustache on your kid’s face or finger. For $ 6, I will definitely bring my son back.

We had my son’s 2^nd birthday here, it was great. They took care of all the set up. They called a couple days before to confirm the menu, pizza was surprisingly good. The prices are very reasonable. No stress involved for this party what so ever. Staff was friendly and worked hard. There were several parties going on at once. The kids had a great time, plenty to do for all ages under 12. Toddler area was great especially since most of the kids in our party were under 3.

They wouldn’t let us bring in cupcakes for a 4-year-old’s party unless we paid extra for a balloon and a slice of pizza. Very rude child working the front desk.

We had a great time my son is a toddler and the location of the inflatables was great we will definatly be back.

Had not been since the new location opened. New location is great, it was actually pretty quiet in there, which is nice. I noticed the big slide is gone, which was a little sad, but we hadn’t been there in awhile so my son didn’t remember anyway, he had a great time. Love the toddler area and it will be great in about a year when my infant is a little older.
Now the bad part. We decided to try to eat there, since they boast a new and improved food menu. They misheard what I ordered and rang up the wrong thing, this was not actually a big deal and partly my fault, as I should have realized the questions she asked didn’t pertain to the item I was actually trying to order, but it was for my husband and not something I would order so I don’t really know what is usually on it. No big deal, my husband was happy with the incorrect item.
But, I paid at 2:11 pm. That is what it says on my receipt. I ordered two sandwiches and a pretzel, and two drinks. I was given absolutely nothing at the counter at this time. I kind of wanted to eat the pretzel while waiting for the other food, but there were no salted ones. However, they assured me they were «bringing some right up.» So I sat down with my receipt. I received absolutely nothing until about 2:35 pm. Someone brought over the two sandwiches. No drinks, no pretzel. Had to go back up to the counter for our drinks. I inquired about ketchup. They gestured to an area of the counter where there was a squeeze bottle with something red in it, and another one I presumed held vinegar. I noted as I put the red stuff on my burger that it was runny… but there were no other bottles there so I assumed it was ketchup. It was hot sauce. Even so, I ate my hot sauce burger without complaint. Apparently, other patrons had taken the ONLY ketchup and mustard bottles to their table, leaving the whole rest of the place to do without, which no one was concerned with apparently. We were there for another hour or so after eating, and the ketchup and mustard never returned to the front, I noticed them and realized all of this as we were leaving.
I was finished with my burger before I ever finally got my pretzel, at about 2:45pm.
I would never, never, never order food here again. Service has to be reeeeeeally bad for me to think it’s bad.

Kids love it here, I like that its one price for as long as you want to stay. It can get a bit pricey when you start adding in food and tokens for games but I’ve gone multiple times and spent less than 20 $ for a few hours of fun.

The kids love this place! I don’t personally care for this location as it is smaller then the one that was in Amherst but last I heard they were opening another location. What a brilliant idea this owner had
