Logan’s Roadhouse

Horrible experience. After waiting half an hour to be seated, our waitress lets us tell her what we want, and then proceeds to tell us they’re out of the meatloaf, the ribs, and porterhouse steaks. When we said we were upset, she went to the kitchen, came back and said that they DID have ribs. Two hours just to have dinner, and the food was awful. The ribs were cracked, dry, and barely had any BBQ sauce. My broccoli was almost completely uncooked. The burger I ordered was raw in the middle, and I ordered it medium well done. When we expressed our displeasure, the waitress literally walked away without saying a single word and brought us our check. Horrible place, horrible staff, horrible food.

Service was slow and relatively unattentive. After waiting to be seated, we waited for some time for our server to take our drink orders. After ordering the meatloaf, we were told that they were out. Our order changed to the ribs, their specialty, and she said that they were out. We asked what else they were out of and she said the porterhouse steaks and something else. We said we would just go somewhere else and she miraculously came up with two racks of ribs.
We waited for quite a long while for our food and when it came out, the ribs wete a bit dry, one burger was supposed to be medium well was raw in the middle, and the Brockley was under cooked.
When our server asked how everything was, we politely told her, and she turned around and walked away only to come back with our bill. When we got out our money to pay, she disappeared and didnt come back.
I recommend not going to this restaurant. One of the worst dining experiences I can recall!

Stopped in on Sunday afternoon and was seated right away. Our waitress was nice. After that, our experience went downhill. It took forever to get our meal and when we did, my salmon was burnt and my broccoli was cold. Peanuts were stale and way too salty. Definitely not worth the price!

Just visited here the waiter Connor sucks! The worst service we have ever had DO NOT GO HERE!

I’m baffled as to how people can give this «restaurant» any higher than 2 stars.
I’m giving Logan’s one star and I think that’s more than generous.
I came here for dinner with my grandparents & parents. To say that I was less than impressed would be an understatement. I felt robbed once I left. It was a waste of calories, time, & money.
We all ordered steaks with a different array of sides. Nothing tastes good — not one single thing. I just didn’t understand it.
It was such a disappointing experience; I’ll never return.

Was thinking about a good meal all day. Remember this place was in route at the end of my work day. Ribeye sounded good but when I got it it looked like this. I ordered two sides baked sweet potato, Mac and cheese and asked to please add two shrimp scewers… The Mac and cheese never came and the steak was cooked on a cold grill. Waitress replaced my steak but that still came out of the kitchen poorly seared and undercooked. The manager removed it from my bill. sweet potato was flavorless even with the brown sugar and butter. Rolls and blackberry sweet tea where the best part of my meal not what I expected from a «steak house» this was my 2^nd time at a Logan’s not coming back to this one EVER! #dontmessupmysteak

Ive been there 3 – 4 times and every time — it’s PERFECT! Staff is Super friendly and courteous.

Wasn’t planning on giving a 5-​star review as I try to save them for really good occasions but my wife and I stopped at this Logan’s last night (a Friday night at 6pm). Thinking we’d have to wait, but we didn’t. The restaurant was full but they had a booth for us and we got seated right away.
Our waitress was fantastic. Polite, attentive and didn’t rush us through our meal like some places/​people do.
We went with a complimentary entrée card that was given to us after a crappy experience at the Allentown location, before our meal came, the manager (Dan) came over to us to ask about our last experience. He assured us we would have a better meal here and we did. He even came back after we had our food to make sure everything was good. He seemed like a manager who really cared about his patrons, and employees as we saw him on several occasions carrying dirty dishes to the back helping out the rest of his staff.
We’ll gladly go back to this location again.

Nice food and good service.
I had the baked potato soup and ribs. They were so good, and definitely worth the 80 – 90 mile trip. This is our first time, but talk about a Good first impression.
Not to mention you got to choose the songs they would play, from a touchscreen jukebox!
We also had the signature Mini-​Bucket dessert, and you got to keep the little silver bucket it came in.

Food is decent, I ordered the sampler appetizer which was great. The food came out fast, I opted to get a sweet potato and banana cream pie for my first visit here just because I like my meat medium rare and their were so many reviews which stated their always overcooked. Which is why I removed a star, didn’t even try.

Terrible service! Slow to acknowledge you. The place was a mess. No organization or urgency. The plate I ordered was hideous looking. Two scoops of mashed potatoes and two deep fried chicken breasts covered in tasteless gravy. So sad!!! The Caesar salad was good. I won’t be back if ever in Hamburg again.

Service was good but all food was overcooked. Ribs were burned, country fried steak overcooked. Chicken was rock hard. They were also out of filet and prime rib. So much for a steakhouse when 2 of the main things aren’t available.

I was not at all pleased with my meal or the service. My steak was only luke warm, and my fries were cold. The food was mediocre at best. The waitress only came to take our order and we didn’t see her again until we were almost finished with our meal. Another worker did a fly by — asked us if things were ok but kept on walking before even registering our reply. I was extremely displeased with this dining experience.

Steaks done right. Good service good food. No complaints. I like adding onion straws to my steaks to make it better. Rolls are very delicious. Overall service is quick and friendly. Fits right into the area with cabelas next door.

This was my first time here. I had a 5.00 coupon so I thought I’d give it a try
I ordered the ribs and breaded shrimp platter with a salad and I baked poato. The hubby had a sirloin with a salad and a loaded baked potato
His meal was great. Mine was okay, the ribs seemed to be held back too long so they weren’t the juiciest. The baked potatoes were definitely over cooked but they were very good otherwise. They had way too much salad dressing on the salads so ask for it on the side.
The rolls were so good and very hot. As a matter of fact, they were so hot I couldn’t pick one up for a bit and they don’t give you a bread plate or extra napkins unless you ask
Will I go back? Probably but it wouldn’t be my first choice

Service was great but the food is reminiscent of TGIFridays, Applebee’s, Chili’s, etc. we needed a quick snack so we shared an Appetizer Trio with Hot Wings, Chicken Fingers, and Potato Skins. It was all pretty average. They weren’t stingy with their free dinner rolls and peanuts, Bonus! We also tried their Moonshine Ice Tea flight, it was good but pretty weak. It was a Sunday afternoon and it was busy but not packed.
There are other options in the area, skip this and try something else.

Thankfully, I read the reviews after we had our dinner. The reviews may have deterred us. We chose this restaurant because it was close to the highway after an RV show. My husband and I came here two years ago after said RV show and also had a good dinner, that’s why we came back. No complaints from us, we enjoyed drinks, appetizer, dinner and desserts. It’s a fun environment with peanuts and specialty drinks. It might be a hit or miss bit with us, this was the second hit. We’ll be back on our next drive through of this area.

Awesome food. They were pack to the gills, but the service was still on par. Had a small problem with my steak being under cook, but the waitress and manger took care of it right of way with out me even asking. They go the extra mile to make, thank you. Great customer service!!!

The best thing about Logan’s is the beer and the peanuts. I probably ate about a pound of peanuts before my food arrived. Not that it was slow service, just that I was chowing down on them like a rabid squirrel. I think I ordered a steak, I forget which cut, but either way it was pretty basic and less than memorable.
That being said, I will stop back in as its conveniently located off I-​78 in Hamburg and smack next to the greatest place on earth… CABELA’S!!!

I’ve been to this Logan’s about a dozen times. We’ve had some good experiences and some that… well, weren’t quite so good. And yet, I’m still giving Logan’s a 4. Why? In one instance, management not only made it right, but went above and beyond to make it right. They not only covered our meal, but allowed to order dessert and drinks without charging for them. They recognized that we were regular customers, and wanted to keep our business.
That’s good service, and the kind of service I look for (even if Logan’s is a chain, it’s the local management that makes it rise or fall). It’s service like that which will keep me going back.
How’s the food? Delicious. I’ve not tried any one item on their menu that really left me disappointed or unsatisfied. The steaks have all been cooked well, and the sides and portions are generous (I’m a big guy, still have trouble finishing everything). If I can make any one recommendation: veggie skewers. GET THE VEGGIE SKEWERS. These are freakin’ amazing, hands down. I hate vegetables, but when these arrive on my plate they’re the first to go. Sorry, butterfly shrimp. You’re good, but not THAT good.
Except to drop about $ 15 – 20 per person. It’s not cheap, but not really expensive either. Just watch out for coupon days.
The only downside (for me) is the atmosphere. I do not like peanuts, and the entire building is a graveyard of shelled bodies strewn across the floor. Nut allergists beware. I’m not really a fan of the «throw your scraps to the floor» mentality, but… to each their own. Still, this is a really minor quibble.
