Amazing! Each time we go, I try something new and am NEVER disappointed! Simply Delicious! I highly recommend the Team Six Penne; hubby says the pizza can’t be beat; and my daughter swears the ravioli is the best she’s ever eaten! Yum, yum, yum!

My first time there and I couldn’t be more pleased. Sauce was outstanding and I’m very picky about my sauce. The noodles cooked just right not over done. Service was great and very much on top of things. For good spaghetti and meatballs I don’t need to say more it was just perfect. I like the interior and the theme of the military makes me feel good knowing our service members can run a business too. I’m proud to have patroned a restaurant that a theme kept me in conversation about the things around me and for those who wouldn’t know what something was they too can look and have fun conversing about the items hanging up. Food. Good service, and interesting displays makes Major Toms a place to go and seek out new adventures in conversations.

Best Chicken Parm in Buffalo. Huge serving size and the best pasta sauce. And that bread you get before the food is killer.

This place has a fun WW2 theme with Big Band music from that era playing in the background. The service is always friendly and their fried ravioli is fantastic! My wife likes their soups. Every dish has a military related name that adds to the fun of the place. Has a nice salad bar Too. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed with this place. Stopped here with the family on a Sunday evening. The atmosphere was a bit cold and dingy. There were other customers very close to our table and we could hear everyone’s conversation which was very uncomfortable. We ordered an app which was completely forgotten about. They didn’t have any Chardonnay and the wine list was lacking overall. I was grossed out with the filthy wine glass and choice of glass that the wine was served in. The bathroom didn’t have any tp etc… And overall over priced for under average food. We will not be going back there. Sorry!

This place is great! This was my first time there. The décor is very unique, we were told they are going to continue upgrading the interior. I loved the atmosphere, we were sat in the back room where it is dark and quiet. Our waitress was prompt and extremely nice! Ordered potato skins for an app and a dinner salad, salad was fresh, potato skins were amazing! No skimping on cheese or bacon there! We split a lasagna dinner and were not disappointed at all, it could feed 4 people and so delicious!!! Plenty of meat and cheese and I loved the sauce! I am a VERY VERY picky eater, I usually find faults when I go out to eat but honestly, I had no complaints here, the prices are great, the food was great and the service, yep great!!!

Major Toms is by far the BEST place to eat in Hamburg. My wife and I have been eating here both dine-​in and take out for almost 2 years, and is always our first choice. Wether you’re looking for the finest pasta dishes and sandwiches, or something from the fryer and pizza, hands down Major Toms is the place to be! The fish on Fridays is huge and delicious with many options. There is also a vast selection of bottled beer to satisfy any palate. Last and certainly not least, the owners (Tom, Jeremy, and Jordan) are TOP NOTCH GUYS! From their amazing restaurant to the work that all three of them have done for the United States of America in the Air Force. Find out for yourself and stop in at Major Toms Drop Zone, you will be more than satisfied and will certainly not leave hungry! Thanks guys and see you again soon!

My boyfriend and I were weary of the place based on the reviews. Overall, the food was very good, and it came out very promptly!
We were greeted my a friendly hostess, and a then a smiley waitress. Everyone seemed very pleasant that worked there, which is nice to see.
We started off with 2 craft beers. They don’t have a bar, and they don’t have draft beer. The beers came out in a bottle with a big frosty mug.
After reading the reviews, and being that we had something to do right after, I was slightly weary of ordering an app. We ordered everything at once and let our waitress know we wanted our food as it was ready. It turned out to be the best option, as our chicken sandwiches came out before our potato skin app.
I had the chicken cordon bleu and my boyfriend had the buffalo one. Both were served with fresh cut fries. They were delicious! The potato skins were also very tasty! We were very impressed and will definitely be back to try some more of the very large menus, items!

Fantastic establishment, awesome food. Great service… Major Tom’s has become my family’s new go to spot for lunch, dinner & take out pizza. Love the atmosphere and the exceptional treatment of those who have served our country.
Many complaints on here about the wait time. This place is awesome… Would I wait an hour. No. I wouldn’t wait an hour anywhere… It’s a sign the place is popular. If the wait is an hour. There are a ton of other places around to go. Come back to Toms another time… Don’t wait an hour then cry about it on Unilocal

Please do not go to Major Tom’s Restaurant in the village of Hamburg. It was the absolute worst experience I’ve EVER had at a restaurant. My mom and her friends went for lunch and I jumped at the opportunity to join them without my children (thank goodness!). After waiting nearly an hour and fifteen minutes the food finally arrived, all but mine. Patiently waiting it arrived a couple minutes later– and was not even close to the right order. Mom took it up just to let them know it was wrong and to request to either have it remade or just not at all because I had to return home shortly to nurse my son. Upon this request the OWNER stated «You haven’t been waiting a God-D$*n hour and get the F*&^ out of my restaurant» I was appalled. I can’t say that I’ve ever seen this kind of customer service anywhere especially in much worse situations. Major Tom’s is a Major Bust.

I ordered here tonight to avoid cooking. Well worth the 25 minutes to pick up the food. WWIII is a stinger on steroids. Break out your fork and knife and get ready to share. Stuffed hot peppers and fried ravioli were good but the peppers pack heat i haven’t had since stuffed hot peppers became popular.
My kids had plain Jane chicken finger subs, but nothing plain about them. Stacked high with juicy, meaty chicken fingers and fresh lettuce and tomato; they could only finish half. A must try in hamburg, cuz I can’t wait to taste the other fare on the menu! !

This is honestly the most poorly run establishment I’ve ever been to. Want an appetizer? That’s 30 minutes on a slow night. The food takes forever. Not really worth the wait. The spaghetti sauce is awful. Salad is just a handful of lettuce with a cucumber or two, a cherry tomato and a few soggy croutons. They do not substitute ANYTHING. We asked for fries with our panini instead of chips, thinking we’d just be upcharged a buck or two but no, we were charged the full price. I think our server was new so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt but very slow. How about them drilling while we are trying to enjoy our meal? I understand they are renovating but they seem to have no consideration for their customers, especially based on past reviews.
I would give it zero stars if I could.
