I really like Paradise, mostly because of their variety of house plants. It’s a local business, so while their prices can be little bit higher than I might pay elsewhere, their variety is awesome. Also, it’s late August and they still have sage. How amazing.

I am pulling up all my shrubs and plants in the front of our house. When I am able, I like to patronize local businesses. Paradise Nursery is less than one mile from my home and i really wanted to give them all my business. When I arrived at the nursery an employee was chatting with two of his friends. I waited patiently for them to end their conversation (which annoyed me1). When the employee finally asked me if I needed any help I responded, «Yes». Instead of showing me where I could find the plants, he gave me these instructions, «go through the door and take a left. You will have to look at all the tags to find your plants.» Hmmm. Ended up at Van Wilgens. Great customer service. I really wanted to spend my $ 400 at Paradse Nursery. From what I saw, their plants looked gorgeous, but I needed help finding all the plants I needed for my project.
