Literally every other time I order a breakfast sandwich here they forget about it, and after 30 minutes of waiting and trying to get someone’s attention I remind them. It’s made me late to work.

Most of the time, I really like the staff in this place. But don’t go there in the evening when the chubby bearded ginger is working. He seems to get off on making sure you don’t take more than the allotted 4 oz of milk. He’s so bad that I’ve complained to corporate about him one time after he basically accused me of stealing milk. STEALINGMILK?! Cmon.

I like this Starbucks. The new renovation was done quite nice. I barely remember what it used to look like. Parking is tight though you can generally find a spot. Employees are pleasant and friendly. If you are driving by on the Merritt, it’s an easy on/off the exit.

WORST Starbucks to exist!!! Rude cashiers taking your order. Made my drink wrong when I asked for no whip and was completely ignored by the other girl who makes em when she saw me standing there with the drink still in my hand. I literally had to raise my voice by saying EXCUSEME!!! Get over yourselves, your minimum wage workers making people’s coffee.

Worse Starbucks I have ever been to and I have been to a lot!!! I have been here a couple times before and just had a simple drip coffee order so guess I didn’t really notice if it has been this way for awhile. They didn’t know how to make my drink even though it was the one that won the contest and will be $ 3 for the next few days. And they talked amongst themselves about how they didn’t have something that goes in it but they are substituting!!! Shouldn’t you tell me that?!? Shouldn’t you apologize for taking so long and shouldn’t you not be catching dirty cloths thrown to you by the garbage changer while you are making my drink?!? Awful experience… The ones in Target stores are known to suck but even they are better than this one!!!

This is the worst Starbucks in the United States. The barista’s are not friendly the product is inconsistent and the location is causing a stressful experience. If it weren’t the only Starbucks in this horrible city I would drive to Hartford to get a cuppa coffee

Busy all the time but the staff are so friendly and welcoming! They work their butts off to keep up with the customer pace. However, if you need to use the bathroom, hold it until you go someplace cleaner. But, I mean, who has time to clean bathrooms when you are pumping out lattes… Am I RIGHT?!

Extremely dirty location. Bathrooms were filthy and both had no paper products. When I order my coffee the girl who just pulled the trash off the back line rang me up without washing her hands. Thankfully, maybe, someone else poured my coffee. I asked if someone could replenish the bathrooms and she informed the supervisor. The supervisor looked annoyed but said would take care of it. She continued to work on projects and talk to employees. After nearly 10 mins she went to the back and and I thought for sure she was coming out with the supplies, but instead she returned with empty carafe’s and whip cream canisters. I then reminder her and in an obvious annoyed fashion she mildly remedy the men’s bathroom. During this same time I noticed 5 women walk into the other restroom only to exit immediately due to the poor conditions. Oh, and my coffee wasn’t very hot.

This place is such a joke. I went in here a few months back, and had a terrible experience. The kids in front of me in line must have worked there/knew a barista who was working because they kept piling in front of me in line, and cutting into line to place their order. Not only was that crazy in and of itself, I was not in a hurry so I figured whatever just let them go, not worth it! They were clearly getting«hooked up» with free drinks, and I was so not in the mood to deal with them. I finally order, and realized that right below the counter where you pick up your drink, there was a HUGE spill on the floor. It must have been there for a while, and there was no sign marking«slippery floor» «caution, wet floor» or anything. I politely mentioned it to the barista, and she did not even acknowledge me. She just went uhh yeah… and proceeded to keep making drinks. I said fine, I hope someone falls then it will be on you when they get hurt. She ignored me again :) overall, horrible experience, dirty and poorly managed. D+ at best.

What can I say, I just love Starbucks. I recently ordered the Salted Carmel Hot Chocolate and it was AMAZING! It was the perfect blend of sweet and salty. It is a very rich drink, but it I by far one of my favorites, too bad it is seasonal and not regularly on the menu. I also have to say that their prepared food are very fresh and tasty. You can’t go wrong with Starbucks!

This Starbucks location has a lot of promise. They actually gave the location thought and put the bar off to the side so folks sitting at tables could have room. The staff here is competent and friendly for the most part. No one takes the time to get to know anyone, though maybe they just don’t have regular traffic. I’m not sure what it is, but they aren’t personable at all. Otherwise, it’s your typical experience. Lines get long along lunch times and right at 5pm. You won’t wait long and they haven’t got an order wrong yet.
