One of the most friendly and inviting places I have been to. I am a big fan of small businesses, but sometimes than quality is affected. Every employee at this establishment has a good understanding of the components that are being worked with, not just guys who studied a YouTube video a couple of times. The prices are very good compared to much of the competition in the area. They did my iPhone 6+ in just 30 minutes! The owner is also a very nice guy and it is always refreshing to see the person who started the business to still be a face you can see. I’m not sure what else I can say about this amazing repair shop, but I highly recommend you bring by any device you have lying around for them to check out. They get back to you with a diagnostic and price within a week and if you choose not to do it, their is no charge! Again if you are on the fence about this place, stop by, they will be more than happy to do all they can to assist you!

i can’t agree more with the other reviewers. These guys are so cool. They fixed my iPhone while I waited. The charging port was bent. I did have an unrelated problem with it when I got home which they told me to bring it back in and if they couldn’t fix it they wouldn’t charge me. They did fix it and still didn’t charge me! It’s refreshing to find service people who are extremely capable and still laid back and normal! Great to know they’re there :))

I had my sons Wii fixed last year, but I only bought the system for 60 dollars, so I let them know I was not tryn to pay a million bucks… lol anyway it was repaired in 3 days, very polite guys… and I was happy because the cost was minimum… and I am now taking my sons Xbox over this week to get repaired… THANK YOU guys… you do great work… I would definitely recommend this shop… they will tell you if they can’t do it!!! Have a great day!

These guys are INCREDIBLE! They fixed my iPhone screen in less than an hour, a week before Christmas when the mall was extremely busy. The guys are so sweet and down to earth, prices are super reasonable (a fraction of what I would have paid to replace my phone, even if I was to get the least expensive refurbished phone I could find– Red Fusion was way faster and so much less expensive). Anyone in need of this type of service should go to Red Fusion, they are the best!

The promptest repair I’ve ever received. I’ve had the same laptop repaired by Pablo at his previous (Shore Mall) location and was highly satisfied that time as well. This time, my laptop’s screen broke so I went to the Hamilton Mall location, received good customer service from the guy at the desk, dropped it off, and went to a few stores in the mall to shop. I was shocked when I received a call from Pablo less than an hour later that my screen had been replaced! The new screen is a nice, matte screen that looks to be of better quality than the original screen. I am very happy! I would and will suggest Red Fusion (and Pablo) to anyone I know and will return with any future electronic repairs.
