I came into this AT&T store to get a replacement SIM card for my phone and had a great experience. Upon arrival a manager immediately walked up and asked if I needed help. He was able to immediately help me without a wait. As he was installing the new SIM card we started chatting and I found out that he had recently moved to NJ from Washington DC, where I live, to become the manager of this ATT store. Making this connection, he then realized that he had helped me in the past in Washington DC several months ago. Woah! WTF?! From DC to a random store in central NJ I had the same person helping me?! I was amazed at his memory and love this level of customer service!

They did take care of my defective SIM card. For some reason, the associates always act like they work for TSA or CIA or something. They mysteriously start punching information into their iPads and then WALLA– everything is done! I don’t believe the SIM card cost me anything, but I did receive a survey from them via text asking about my recent purchase. They also tried to sell me on their home security systems. Interesting!

We came in here to get new phones. Salesman was nice and didn’t try to upsell us on anything which was a relief. We got in and out in a timely manner.
