After spending time at this location, I had to document our surpisingly pleasurable experience going to T-​mobile in the Hamilton Marketplace. We stopped by for my wife to change carriers and purchase a Galaxy Note 4 and were met by a very attentive and engaging staff. Our representative answered, honestly, each and every one of our questions. We were told we’d get honest answers on all our questions and phone reviews that we asked, going as far and pointing out the phones he wouldn’t let us buy based upon their negative reviews. We were not the least bit pressured to purchase anything and the representative confronted some of the most damming reviews published online of data throttling head-​on. Although i was dreading this experience during the entire ride there, we left surprised at the great customer service and satisfied with an exceptional product.
