SERVICE SUCKS!!! If I could give 0 stars they would get the one they got!
Both visits to this location service was horrible! First time took 15 min to get my order then it took30 min to get my food and the complete order didn’t show up that was another 15 min!
Second time I go in 10 min to get seated sat their 15 min and no one even showed to take a order, got up and walked out Will not return again.
And no they were not busy, that I can understand

This is my favorite breakfast spot. I know it’s just a chain, but with not too many options in the area, I’m okay with that. Everything here is always good, from the hotcakes (pancakes) to the dinner platters. I really enjoy the broasted chicken here. Must try for any fired chicken lover, it really isn’t greasy like KFC and other chains tend to be.
The only issue is that sometimes the service can be a mixed bag. I love iced coffee, it can’t be too hard to make, but I’ve had every waitress except one flat out refuse to make it for me, claiming they don’t have it. The one waitress who was very nice just improvised for me and put me so. e coffee with vanilla flavoring in a to go cup with lots of ice, it was very good. A lot of the times the wait staff will forget to bring your bread or honey out, so you must ask two or three more times.
Overall though, nice place to sit and have a good home-​cooked-​esque meal.

It’s Bob Evans so it’s nothing special, but the food is decent.
My family went to this location recently because my parents had been raving about this new roasted chicken dinner they have.
I was pleasantly surprised. My plate had 3 large pieces of chicken (breast, leg, and thigh) and a side of mashed potatoes. Plus, biscuits and you get a choice of desserts. The portion was huge and it was only about $ 10. The chicken was excellent.
Our service was okay. Nothing stellar. The restaurant is kind of… sticky? Nothing seems overly clean. I know my parents go here a lot so we’ll probably be back at some point.
As long as they have the chicken. I’d give the chicken 5 stars.

Whenever I come to Hamilton, I look forward to going to B Evans. I had the classic breakfast which was eggs, bacon, and pancakes. It was ok. The pancakes were kind of chewy. I didn’t really like the very crispy bacon. The service was great. Thomas, our waiter, was very attentive. One person at our table had the blueberry crepes and said they were delicious. I’m not sure I’ll be craving breakfast here the next time. It was just OK.

I normally love Bob Evans. Their sausage is probably about my favorite brand. Unfortunately, this particular Bob Evans has gone downhill over the past year or so. I used to eat here pretty regularly, whether by take-​out or stay and eat. However, I’ve had a lot of issues with slow service and wrong orders, basically just showing that the servers and manager just aren’t as concerned about it as they used to be. The food is still good, it’s more of a service quality issue at this point.
I will continue going to this Bob Evans (it is the closest to me), but I really hope they get it back together. In the meantime, we frequent other restaurants.

We’ve been to Bob Evans a few times and there’s nothing really to impressive. The food is just average.
