I entered chili’s and was not greeted by anyone. I gave my name to the hostess and asked for a table for 4. Sat down with my family and waited for our name. One minute later a family of four entered and was seated immediately. Did I miss something? We are then seated and proceed to wait 5 minutes before our server came over. Our server Blake was friendly though. I ordered for an app chips with guac. It came out without guac and had instead salsa, which was cold, like fresh out the refrigerator cold. I ordered the sinner for two and got the char grilled sirloin, ordered medium. It came out well done. It was edible. The aspharagus that came with it was on point. The other dish I got was the Cajun chicken pasta. The chicken was overcooked as well as the pasta. Overall really mediocre food and service, except for blake. He was the best part of my visit. I wouldn’t return.

One of the worst staffs and their behavior. This is my first review and honestly when you’re hungry don’t go there. They were angry at the customers. It’s looked like they were only taking order according to skin color and race. We waited so long and had to leave without eating.

Great atmosphere. It’s a chain but there’s usually no wait for a table. Loved the recent changes to the menu. You can always count on the coronarita for a good drink.

This was, by far, the worst food I’ve ever had. Went for hubbys B’day(his choice) The appetizers were fine, & the grapefruit margarita was good… then the main course came. We both got the Fajita Trio, when the food came, no sizzling platter… overcooked veggies, lukewarm food. They got my order wrong, gave me chicken instead of prime rib. Our waiter(who was, by the way, terrific), noticed the mistake & brought out steak, but it was overcooked & salty as hell, & I like salt. It was unappealing to the eye… just awful. My daughter had a Rib eye, and it wasnt any better, it was horribly bland. None of us ate. The manager said they were trying out a new way of doing things in the kitchen… well, it ain’t working. He did remove everything from the bill & we went home hungry… NEVERAGAIN!

Chilis in Market Place Hamilton. When you can’t make a salad it is time to close up shop. We have been going to Chilis for at least 8 years. We order the same meal you could call us regulars. This is my wife’s favorite restaurant and we order out once a week at least. We get gift cards for birthdays and holidays here as per request. That is how much we eat here. We just moved to the Hamilton area and have been going to our local Chilis. We were so excited with how close it was to our home. Sad to say how disappointed we were. My wife orders a Caribbean Chicken Salad. Every time we went the portion size got smaller and smaller. As we order out it comes in the container and at first I wasn’t looking in the container. After 5 times of going back and giving feedback to management about the size of the portion you think they would have reacted. No management said to us that they ran out of the regular size container. So wait you mean to tell me you are charging me for a regular size container but giving me a smaller container!!! Ok you think that would have fixed this?!? No again we have gone and we have had to ask for second containers or to speak to the manager. On our last dine in experience we met one of the new managers who just came here from Princeton as the Princeton location has closed and Buffallo Wild Wings is replacing it. He said to us that he would take our concerns and just to ask for him when we were in. I said we don’t want to ask for anyone we just want to give you our feedback. Again we called in tonight after a long day of travel and ordered out. I went to the bar to pick my food up, while 6 associates were having conversation about what they were going to be doing that night and who was going to sit by who in the car ride home. Finally the food came and I paid. I looked in the container to find and empty salad half container again. I asked the waitress if there were bigger containers and she said yes. I said could you put in there. She said, «what do you want just more salad.» I said I would like more salad in a bigger container. She came back with another container and thinking after I had come back in from my car to fix the order it would be filled with salad. «The customer is always right?!?» Or just after someone gave feedback and asked for more salad. How much would it cost you for some extra lettuce? She literally only took one half handful of lettuce and threw it in the styrofoam container and sent me on my way. I called back and asked to speak to the manager to tell him and again the immediate apologies and what can I do to make it right. Nothing you can do now, you have lost my business and you never took our feedback to heart. Sad to say we will not be going to Chilis anymore. If I could have made this zero stars I would have.

I havent been to Chili’s in about 5 years — and now I remember why. Food is just like any Sysco type place — plain, lacking flavor and imagination. Went only because was after normal dinner time for the kids so we stopped in — wish we went to Wendy’s instead. Fries were cold, melted cheese on some Mexican thing I ordered was already getting hard when I got it… sorry, plenty of other places to eat.

I haven’t been here in a long time. So decided to grab a bite, but I should’ve read the recent reviews. I asked for the 4 mouth bites and this is what I got… a piece of meat(which I had to cut apart) on four mini buns(which I had to cut apart) and then I saw what was under the bun. Unbelievable, how can you burn a bun? The cheese wasn’t even place on the meat properly and it was plain. The presentation speaks for it self(see photo I posted on here). The waitress was M.I.A, she got our order, dropped off our app and then dropped off the entrée. Really on a Thursday night at 9pm, you can’t stop by the table and refilling our drinks until we sat there on empty for 15 minutes. Then when you drop off the entrée, please return to follow up on your customer’s needs. Wasn’t until another waitress stopped by that ask how things were, I asked to speak with the Mgr. The Mgr apologized and ask to remake the food, but I declined(I wouldn’t risk getting sick from this place). Mgr offered to pick up the tab, but I told her I’ll pay for the items I ate/drank. I will be calling Chilis Corp Office, not sure if the Mgr or upper level Corp folks are aware of the sub-standard performance and product this location is serving to their customers. I never would have thought a chain restaurant would need Robert Irvin’s(Restaurant Impossible) help, but this place needs HELP!!!

If I could, I would give zero stars! There were only two good things about our trip — we had a gift card, and our server was nice. The water tastes like it came from the toilet. We were sitting by the kitchen, yet all we could smell was poop the whole time. Our food wasn’t very good and the sauces seemed to be made from the same toilet water that was in our glasses. Literally the only reason we didn’t leave was because we had a gift card. Though we did have fun laughing at how awful everything was, we will never go back.

We had a waiter in trading which was fine but the waiter doing the training had a huge attitude!!! The best part about the food was the dessert(molton lava cake)

Nope. No more. Food here has always been average — about what you’d expect from a Chili’s, but the last two times I’ve been there I’ve had a major issue with the bill. On my most recent meal, I ordered the 2 for $ 20 special to go. Walked to the to go window and was directed to the bar. The following conversation is presented to you to the best of my recollection and not exaggerated for comic effect. «Picking up for Jerry, please.» «Okay, that’ll be…» looks at receipt, «$ 37.89.» “No, that’s not right. I ordered the 2 for $ 20 special.” «Well, with tax and everything, it comes to $ 37.89.» «No, New Jersey doesn’t have sales tax of over 70%.» :Befuddled stare: «So, my actual total is?» «I guess I rang it wrong when you called. But I’d have to get the manager to fix it, so…» We stare at each other uncomfortably for about 30 seconds. «Do you want me to get the manager?» «Uh, yes. Yes I do.» Bartender sighs audibly, «Whatever. Hang on.» Apparantly it was my fault for not wanting to pay nearly double what I should’ve. Manager did eventually fix the bill, but never even stopped to apologize or see if there was anything else I needed. Bartender of the year couldn’t have cared less. There are too many options offering the same type of fare in the area to deal with their consistent lack of customer service. I’ll be avoiding this location from now on.

While I’m not really big on fast casual, my wife and I had a blast here. We started with a couple of beverages — - Premium Long Island Iced Tea for me and some kind of Sunrise Margarita for the Mrs. Two each of those made us both quite happy. The wait for a table was 40 minutes so we happened to find 2 seats at the bar. The bartender and those around us were very friendly. My wife ordered a quesadilla salad with chicken. Since she’s vegetarian, I took the chicken which was pretty good. It looked really filling. I had the mango chili tilapia which was excellent and only 520 calories. Broccoli was very fresh. The bartender warned me that it would be too spicy. Unfortunately he doesn’t know me. The hotter, the better. It was a very nice spice, but for someone who is sensitive to chili pepper, cumin or habonero, it would be quite spicy. We’ll be back soon.

I will never go back. Twice in a row I have been to this location, and was not served. The first time we were sat near the kitchen doors. We waited over 10 minutes until a waitress finally noticed we weren’t being served. For our inconvience, we got anything on the menu for«2 for $ 25.» The food was typical for what is expected of Chilies. The second time, we were sat in the same section, near the kitchen. After a few minutes of not being served, I began timing on my phone how long it would take. We reached 15 minutes with out seeing a single waitress and walked out. It was frustrating watching every waiter, waitress and bus boy walk by our table to go to the kitchen, and not one noticed our lack of service in the 15+ minute time span. We mentioned something to the hostess about not being served, all she could say was«Sorry.» Didn’t offer to make things right, and did not try to keep us from leaving.

I stopped in to get lunch and take advantage of the free Veteran’s Day lunch specials. I had the Southwest Egg Rolls appetizer. My main course Old Timer hamburger and fries. Pretty tasty! Whats free for today is on the special menu hand out. If you order from the regular menu, you wont get a discount. Drinks are not included in the special. This is a really nice gesture by Chili’s to show appreciation to us Veterans. Be prepared to show proof of ID proving you are indeed a veteran.

The last time I came here was at least a year ago. I don’t remember what exactly I got, but I remember having a very chill and enjoyable time! It was a Friday, but we didn’t come during dinner hours! We came around happy hour like 4 ish 5pm, so it was not over crowded! We got seated right away, and the server was very attentive and friendly! I ordered one of those that you pick 3 items for $ 10 – 12 dollars! It’s such a GREATDEAL! The price is not expensive, and you get a HUGE portion! I never finish my plates here! It’s a very nice place to grab a small bite and a few drinks during happy hour with a few friends! But for dinner, it’s rather unhealthy and heavy because most of the food are like fast food, greasy, and not too nutritious! I used to go to Chili’s more as a teenager with my friends and occasionally, I go for their martinis! They have some very strong, delicious, and lovely garnished cocktails! Love it! However, this place can get crowded and insane. And that wait time is not very enjoyable.

Never again. 8:30PM Thursday night. Sat at the bar for 10 minutes… the place was dead, and there was no bartender in sight. Maybe only 8 customers in the entire place… I can see why. No one cares. I left. I tried to call and speak to a manager to report the problem… they put me on hold for 5 minutes… a manager never picked up. No one cares. I’ll use my expense account elsewhere! Bye bye Chili’s… never again.

We were in chilis today for lunch on a work break and we had the girl with the tattoos as our waitress, sorry can’t remember her name! She was excellent, we watched her move from table to table with such ease and a smile on her face! We had the tropical margarita, a top shelf one and one that comes in those cool little shakers. We watched her make a couple of our bar drinks too and they were so delicious! She asked me if I wanted another one by only staring at me and I started to laugh and her partner came over(the little Spanish guy) and we were all joking around! The staff there seems to have a lot of fun while giving great service! Food is excellent as well! This will be our new Thursday spot!

Horrible service and the food was luke warm — I watched another table walk out because they had waited at their table and a server never showed up. They were busy and seemed like they either didn’t have enough staff or the staff was extremely inexperienced.
