great custom cornhole boards!

So… I wanted to create custom boards for a company party and the website seemed legit and the response from my first inquiry was fast and positive. They emailed me a preview of what they would look like with the company logo and i placed the order. 2 weeks later they show up, the logo is a stick on adhesive (not painted as I’d expected), poorly attached with lifting at the edges and with a hole poked through in one spot. The sides of the boards are painted but un-​sanded so it’s splinter city when I pull it out of the box and by the way, they forgot to mention that they weigh about 40 pounds so they’re aren’t really portable — not really helpful for a company event. I could see if they were sitting in my garage — but this is NYC. Anyway, I requested a return and a refund (minus shipping costs of course) but Adam outright refused — DESPITE THE WEBSITE CLEARLY STATING ALL PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS. I asked again and reminded him of his own policy and he still flatly refused. Next call is to American Express. This is the problem with supporting small business.
UPDATE
After a lot of contentious back and forth and the crack about how I’m the FIRST customer in 13 years that causing him to change his policy regarding returns, and after 3 weeks +follow up emails and multiple calls to finally get a refund, but they did process it today (finally).
Still, I would not try it again and would not recommend them.

Update — Adam was very pleasant and he is issuing a refund for the poor quality of the cornhole board.

I received the product and I was less than impressed. The craftsmanship and quality control was far less than what I expected for the $ 135.00 price tag. The paint job was unfinished on the back and the «end nailing» of the frame made for an unfinished look. Two of the bags busted open on the single stitch seem during the first game. I emailed the company with my concerns and I was unsatisfied with the response. I was told that the frame was nailed with «Screw Shank Nails» that would last a long time and if I returned the bag they would replace it. I would have been happier with «Thank you for your valuable feed back, we will take a closer look at our construction and quality control for possible improvements.» Rather than what sounded like poor excuses. I would not recommend this company and it’s product to another buyer. There are plenty of builders on the web… I suggest shopping around.

Terrible quality (cheap top piece). Horrible paint job. Banged up In transit. ‘Adam’ told me I could send them back, but my event was only days away, so that was not an option. I asked him if he would send me new boards and on receipt of them, I would return boards. He said no. I had no choice but to use them.
Huge waste of money for the quality received.
Plus side was excellent and prompt communication.

Why 3 stars? Because adjustments were made.

I received a phone call two days after this review was posted, by the aforementioned Adam, at Cornhole Worldwide. This time, appropriate measures were taken care of. I appreciate the second chance my story was given, and take back any negativity associated with the customer service aspect of my original review.
The fact still remains that the logos on the bags are all faded, and actually I just realized that two of the bags actually busted at this point. Three days in, and two of ten bags breaking is definitely not good for business, but as I said — my situation was handled with great respect for customer service.
Would I order from Cornhole Worldwide again? I’m not sure. But my thoughts on their service are 100% different than they were 72 hours ago.
