This place is a joke, going to find andifferent one to go to. This was my 4th time here this month against my wishes, family wanted it and as always they have no wedges or mac n cheese. Its freaking dinner time. Almost 5pm! How the hell is this dump always out of sides at prime time. Last time there were no wedges made and the kid seemed annoyed if he had to make them, time before that they had no wedges or mac n cheese and time before that no wedges. All at dinner time 5 – 6:30 time frames. Not like I came here at 10:10pm. Management, you and your staff really need to get their sh*t together because this is beyond ridiculous.

What a mess this place is. They are challenged by the simplest tasks. I asked for a 12 piece dinner which comes with 3 large sides. Before I walked out I realized I only got 2 of my sides. They fixed that. Once I got home, guess what? I only had 9 pieces of chicken! Considering I was the only one in the place when I ordered I figured I had their full attention. Omg find employees that can fill a single order! What a bunch of losers I expect this place to close shortly. Go to Acme their chicken rocks.

I keep going for the five dollar box but every time I go through the drive thru something is missing or I have to remind them to get my sauce. This past time I asked for sauce with my 3pc tender order, when I got home not only did I not have sauce I didn’t even have a fork for my side! Very frustrating

I seem to be addicted to fried chicken recently. I search for any outlet to feed my need, and have found a few really good places to go for spicy, crunchy skin covering plump, juicy breast or wing meat. I finally decided to head for the closest joint to the office, this KFC on Whitehorse-Mercerville Road in Hamilton, NJ. This is an older KFC store; fairly small with a tight wrap around drive thru. The staff is friendly and they work well as a team with the front person taking the order and the person in back pulling it together quickly, and bringing it to the counter. I ordered a 2-piece white meat Original Recipe. It came with one side(Cole Slaw), Biscuit, and a Drink. The plump and juicy was certainly there. It did not taste like the chicken had been frozen; a big plus. The size was bigger than I had seen in many other places. The main letdown was the coating. Rather than being crisp, it was rather limp. The spice was there, but it had the taste of the frying oil. I don’t know when they had changed it last, but the chicken should not do that. Violation. Several hours later I found myself with a bout of heartburn that could only have come from this meal. Whether it was the oil, the biscuit or something else, I can’t be sure, but it was an unpleasant reminder of where I had been.
