Very disappointed. Only good thing was the personality of our waiter, Antone G. Rest of the experience was seriously bad enough not to return. Lots of choices in the immediate area And next time, this will be last on the list. 37 degrees outside and cold air blowing inside. Mentioned this and was told the franchise does not let them touch thermostat. Had to ask host for silverware. Salad was ok. Food ok and with the coupon, reasonable. Temp of the food acceptable. Worst part besides the climate control was trying to pay and leave. Took 3 trips and each one was about 7 minutes. 1. Bring the check. 2. Adjust the check for the coupon which was sitting on the table from the time we first sat down. 3. Run my credit card. Come on. Take the coupon when we tell you we are done, come back with the adjusted check and take my credit card. One fluid motion and one less pissed off customer. Sorry RT. Off our list.

Wish I could put no stars. Just went in for lunch sat at the table for 10 minutes had multiple waitress’s pass by and look at us. Got no service so we left. It is a shame service use to be so good now it is not. Off to chilli’s we go.

Slow, slow, slow. Burnt food, still thirsty and old salad. I can’t really explain it but this was crap. Service was slow and inattentive, food took forever and we ordered all at once. Drinks took about 20 min to get to table. App came out with 12 chips for a chips and dip. Food came out separate and the veggies were burnt and came late from meal. Salad bar was not good and old lettuce. Not impressed. At all.

Wife’s chicken was undercooked. Asked waitress to cook it a little more. 5 minutes later someone comes to the table, no introduction. He tells is that the chicken is Pre cooked and it was probably pink from the sauce. There was no sauce on the dish. Anyway. It took another 15 minutes to get the dish in a to go container. I had to get the guy and ask him to get me the meal to go. Just very unprofessional and obviously not to concerned about the experience. I’ll go somewhere else next time. The coupons aren’t worth the hassle.

Going here was a mistake, but we wanted something fast so we decided to give it a shot since we had a coupon. service was the furthest thing from fast and the food was mediocre. Wanted the fish tacos but they no longer had that apparently even though it was on the menu. I also ordered the superfruit sangria, tasted like it came right from a carlo rossi jar. never again.

Salad bar was clean and fresh. Prime bacon burger was bland and SUPER greasy(all over the plate). French fries had a weird taste, waxy. The air had a dirty rag smell. Restaurant was almost empty, but our waitress seemed frazzled. She could use a cust. svc refresher. Last, napkins are at a premium here… Asked for extra, was given 2. Will not be back. As my husband said, «now we know y there isn’t anybody there.»

The service was really bad. It seems like all the servers we had contact with were new. When we walked in the host side-eyed us awkwardly and continued shuffling the two menus he had in his hands. Other than the weird glance, he ignored us for almost a whole minute before mumbling, «Just three?» He then handed us off to a lady who looked nervous and she lead us awkwardly to our table. Once seated a server came to greet us, but ended up stopping mid sentence to say, «No, hold on. Never mind. ACTUALLY. Your server is going to be so and so. But I can get your drink order.» What. The. Frick. Rude. Anyway, we’re waiting for our drinks when my 2 year old grabs the triangular menu stand and a handful of nasty garbage spills out on to the table. Some tape, straw wrappers, and a napkin with something really disgusting inside. Horrid. I will never go back to this RT again. Stay away from this location, go to the one in Mount Laurel.

We used to love Ruby Tuesday for a chain restaurant. However they keep changing their menu, and most recently they changed the recipe of my favorite entrée. I would always get the crab cake dinner, as their crab cakes were full of crab and hardly any filler. They were moist and tasty. However the last several times we have gone and ordered them, they have been flat as pancakes, almost on the verge of being burnt, and very dry and just do not taste good at all. The first time I noticed a change, I thought maybe it was just a bad batch, and give it a second chance. The last time we went just a few weeks ago, I gave it a second chance, and the same. It is a shame that they messed with a good recipe. Also the broccoli was very mushy and salty. I don’t know if we will be back anytime soon.

Always my favorite place to visit for Christmas Eve which also happens to be my wife’s birthday. You can’t find too many restaurants open past 7 on that day. The food and drinks were very good. My wife had the chicken pasta in which I ate all her chicken since Ruby Tuesday is not vegetarian friendly. I also had a turkey mushroom swiss burger on a pretzel roll. That was pretty good. Be sure to bring their coupons which help offset the cost.

This place was okay. I had little expectations of this place from the start. The food was okay. The service was a bit slow to the point I kept looking for my waitress. The potstickers were okay. Seemed to not be cooked all the way or something. I ordered a pretzel bun bacon cheeseburger & it came with a whole wheat bun. I was like no, wheat is not a pretzel. The waitress changed my entire meal & brought me the correct burger. But … The meat wasn’t even cooked all the way through. It was rare instead of medium rare. I wouldn’t mind rare but from some chain restaurant I don’t feel it’s safe to eat raw meat from a place like this.

Average food and service. I would go here again, the prices are reasonable and the food is decent. It’s a chain – nothing special about it. I will say I don’t think they know what medium well means. My steak was medium rare at best. Probably would not order steak again.

Very disappointed with the manager attitude as a weekly customer at Ruby Tuesday! I was using a BOGF burger coupon and ask since I don’t eat red meat could I substitute chicken or turkey burger. Waiter cked and said yes! Order was in and then later came back and informed me I would be charged an upgrade fee of $ 4.00… per John the manager! I told him I wanted to speak to the manager John. I told him i wouldn’t pay that when the chicken on the menu was the same price! He had a big nasty attitude and said well don’t order it then! And a few more remarks! Guess they lost a long standing customer!!!

all i have to say is — Really? Its way too expensive for the crappy food they sell here. the biscuits were a joke, they were so tiny and rock hard. The salad bar was a wreck, lots of things not replenished, the potato/fruit salad was disgusting. Dinner, chicken mushroom Alfredo, dry and almost not eatable, the linguini was mushy like they cooked it in the afternoon and reheated it for dinner. Mashed potatoes were down right watery, ribs had small pieces of bone in them that I almost broke my tooth on. Do i really need to go on. anyone that actually thinks this place is good, needs to have their head examined and their taste palettes too! The ONLY saving grace, the manager was very very nice and understanding.

I just wanted a quick snack to tide me over for dinner. Guacamole was fresh and served with a generous portion of chips — mixed colors of red, blue, and standard yellow. Asian pot stickers came with a good dipping sauce. Quick service @ 2:30pm on a weekday.

I am giving this place 5 stars for a Ruby Tuesday, not because it is a five star restaurant. The food is always fresh, priced right, and yummy(though I wouldn’t mind bigger portions). The drinks are strong and good. Its quieter than Fridays or Applebees(with better quality food) — good for a bite to eat if you want to chat. Kid friendly too.

I’m bumping the rating up to 3.5 stars because I have come into realization that Ruby Tuesday is what I like better than Red Lobster. I agree with my BFF. He truly has a good eyes and tastes. Ruby Tuesday has better dining atmosphere, food is healthier and offer more food varieties. RT has seafood entrees; I particularly order regularly the Lobster Aflredo, Lobster and Steak, and Crab Cakes. Now, RT introduces garlic cheese biscuit. Although it is not better than RL, because it’s much smaller and saltier, I like that RT has it as a supplement to fresh salad bar, burgers, and sandwiches which comes with marvelous french fries. And the side dishes are very good as well, particularly the tasty grilled asparagus and green beans. I also like RT’s french fries. I never forget to leave the restaurant without having desserts, such as the luscious blondies and double chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. This particular RT restaurant always deliver good customer service; although one time I dined, the bartender lady was not particularly attentive to my order, but more talkative to a particular customer a few times which leaves a wrong lasting impression of the staffs there.
