Pizza Shack

I WISH I COULD WRITE ZERO STARS, THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!! I will never order from this place again. Waited two hours for three pizzas that were completely cold when they got here. When I called and told them my pizzas were all cold and my kids were microwaving them right now since we were starved, I asked for some type of refund. I was told I would get a free small pizza next time I order. Being this is the second time this happened I told them I would not be ordering again and asked for a refund. I was then told I could have a sixteen dollar credit on my next order, so I said again, I will not be ordering from you again, what else could you do. Then she tells me she would refund my money and send the driver to come pick up the pizzas, which I already told her my family was already reheating and eating since we ordered these at seven and it was already 9:15. She then comes back and says you had two eight dollar pizzas and a sixteen dollar pizza, so we will refund you eight dollars. REALLY? This is how you run a business? Believe me I will let any and everyone I know about this and not support this business. This is how they treat their customers, they are not getting another dime from me!
