Sad that Taco Bell does not have higher standards for its locations than this. Food not good. Employee unhappy. Other locations are great, not this one.

Brought the youth group in for a pre-​movie snack. After waiting about 20 minutes to have our orders taken, we all got food… Except for one of us. The staff then proceeded to break down in front of our eyes. The girl in the drive thru got in an argument with another employee and screamed at them and walked out. The front counter employee then took over the drive thru, leaving NO ONE to work up front… With a line of people waiting to order. There was no explanation, no apologies, nothing. We watched as customers waited 15 minutes in line without knowing that they had stopped taking orders. Our student ended up waiting 50 minutes for a single taco, because, even when he requested, they refused to refund his order. Horrible! This has been burned into my brain as the worst fast food restaurant experience ever.
