Golden Feather

What a GREAT shop…
The Golden Feather is (what I consider) a boutique shop.
There is plenty to see, and is the PERFECT place to shop for gifts. They even have gift cards!
What I love the most about the Golden Feather is that everything is unique — it all comes from local artists. They have jewelry, pottery, scarves, artwork, tons of cute things for babies, and lots more…
When you walk in, you’ll see lots of tables and shelves, with merchandise all over the place! On the walls, on the floors… It’s a great at-​home feeling, not the sterile shopping experience you get at a department store. There is a lot to see here, so take your time!
The prices range — some items are higher than others, but again, keep in mind that the items are handmade… And you are paying for quality. They always have clearance shelves also, I just got something today marked as $ 60 for 50% off!
My mother swears by this place — whenever she has to go to a baby shower/​house warming, she comes here for all of her gifts. They have great gift baskets, and they will gift wrap for free. They put your merchandise in a beautiful bag with tissue paper and a peacock feather… Very nice touch.
There is a parking lot outside with plenty of parking, and is right off of Rt. 30, so it is super easy to get to.
The staff have always been cordial and will help you out with any questions you have.
