The Roof Wizard

We were very pleased with the promptness, thoroughness, and service of Roof Wizard. The owner contacted us and came to the house the same day we called for service. His estimate was detailed and reasonably priced. He explained clearly the whole process of soft washing. The owner with an assistant soft washed our residence within the week. My husband was so pleased that he asked for Roof Wizard business cards to hand out to neighbors and friends.

I was refered by this company and I sure will not refer them to any of my family members or collogues so disappointed on how the owner handles my issue after I’m not satisfied with his workers job and try’s to say he did all he could to satisfy me when he didn’t make a long story short not only was his workers job unsatisfactory. The owner doesn’t follow through with his word on a customers behalf… as all consumers know… customers make a business and as me and my family as customers for this business the roof wizards. We are completely and utterly disappointed with the company and will never give any referrals if asked (and last but not least no where on your website states you do solar panels so why when a customers asks if you do solar panel cleaning you’d say yes if the out come of the cleaning job was unsatisfactory. Just voicing our opinion
