Mike just left, my A/​C is working, and he definitely deserves the 5 star reviews. Good service is hard to find, good service from a genuine guy like Mike is even harder to find. So stop looking and call Mike.

I installed a NEST thermostat in our home. We have a dual fuel set up so the wiring was a larger challenge, but anticipated. During Nest setup it seemed to be too easy. During the Nest system self check I encountered an obstacle. The primary system operational check was perfect but the alternate system didn’t pass. A couple evenings after work, scanning troubleshooting advice online, moving wires around on the thermostat, and trying different Nest set up configurations didn’t resolve the issue.
I had plan B from the beginning, to use a local, Nest recommended Pro Installer: Geo Heating and Cooling LLC.
I called this morning (a Saturday). Mr Turner immediately introduced himself and I did as well. I gave him a quick explanation of the system failure. Before I knew it, probably less than twenty or thirty minutes on the telephone, a solution! One thermostat wire moved with Mr Turner’s recommended Nest set up configuration and my HVAC dual fuel was operating correctly.

Mike Turner’s service-​time as well as overall service was excellent. We have a complex geo-​thermal system which was cutting-​edge when our home was built 15 years ago but always seemed to require specialized service calls, especially when switching from heating to cooling and vice-​Versace. Recently our system wasn’t switching from cooling to heating like it’s supposed to. We just had a cold snap here in NJ and the temp in our home went down to 51 degrees. When the regular service we called wasn’t available for at least another day we called Mike and he came the same day. Despite never working on our geo-​thermal system before he had figured out what wasn’t working, replaced it, and our radiant floor heating system was working within a few hours and we didn’t have to sleep with socks and gloves for a second night! The price for the emergency service call was also far less than our previous service.

I had to have my Fujitsu ductless air co system replaced which included the compressors and wall units. Mike was quick to respond, worked diligently through some challenges and did a nice job getting the system working. He was also very fair in his pricing and worked above and beyond.

Excellent service and pricing! Came out same day to take care of our systems and pricing was more than fair. Totally satisfied with the service we received. Referred them to friends and everyone has thanked me.
