Flower Basket of Hampstead

Extraordinary service… I am impressed!
I contacted the Flower Basket of Hamstead, in NC (one of our service members had a death in the family) in order to make arrangements for a flower boquet to be delivered to his family. of course, times like these are difficult for people experiencing a loss. We did not have a lot of time, and needed to get an arrangement over to his family as soon as possible (I called on Saturday morning, and within a few hours, the boquet was delivered… right on time).
I spoke with Stephanie, who was very friendly, personable and professional. She listened very intently, as I went through the motion of deciding what would be best for the soldier’s family. She even assisted me in creating the message on the card. She was patient, as we worked through some communication challenges, as a result of feedback (I am in Germany).
What was especially nice (although the entire conversation was pleasant), is that when I recieved the reciept, she had taken 10% off fot he order, as a special «tribute» to military. She also thanked me and my coworkers for our service, something that I was not expecting, but definately appreciate.
Thank you Flower Basket for making the life of one of our service members *and his family)…a little bit better today.
