I have gone to this salon for years. I have never been unhappy with my haircut or color. Even when I went to other salons I would go back here and have them help me fix the mess other stylists made on my hair

I was having a hard time getting to my regular stylist and wanted to find a local place ~ after reading the good reviews, I came here. This was sadly one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a salon. Took twice as long as it should have and cost twice as much, not a great combo. Beware any additions to what you request, you might end up paying $ 100 for a conditioning treatment that washes out in a week or two; a little bit of coconut oil in my hair produces the same effect for pennies per application. 5 hours for cut and color is simply too long, even with the addition of the conditioning treatment. To add insult to injury, the cut and color were not even close to what we had talked about. When I said I knew it might not turn out exactly as requested, I did not mean you could do whatever you felt like doing to my hair. I am giving 2 stars instead of one because the décor was inviting and the staff was friendly and professional.

I started going here not too long ago and only have had 2 visits. Both me and my mom love Stephan. The customer service is top notch which is lacking at other places. I feel pampered every time I am there which is a great feeling.
The salon is always clean, the washing station is neat and clean as well. Their products are great and staff is skillful.
They also have a great online booking tool (it could be refined a bit but good for the most part). It was hard booking back to back appointments for two people.

I just went for my first time and couldn’t be happier. My stylist, Ladane took her time in talking with me to decide want we would do. The color and cut was perfect. I also had my eyebrows threaded by Victoria. Glad I found someone that does threading. I will be returning.

I booked a haircut last minute and got in with Stephen, a senior stylist. The salon is trendy, cute, bright and happy inside. I went for a BIG haircut change, and Stephen was eager yet cautious while cutting my hair. He paid attention to all the small details, and spent his time perfecting my haircut. I really enjoyed that he concentrated on the hair and not on forcing conversation. I would much rather sit and relax. The cut came out exactly as I imagined. I def enjoyed my experience, and the lady who washed my hair did a great job and took her time. All the stylists were happy to be doing what they’re doing, which is not always the case. I’ll be back for a cut on my next visit!

Love this place! Prices aren’t incredibly horrible. Stephan always does my hair perfect and I’ve never left unhappy. He even fixed a mess Lemon Tree created on my head.
The salon feels like it belongs in the City, and I love the Moroccan Oil products they sell. I have purchased their own hair oil which is much cheaper and also works great. I’ve never heard any «salon gossip» which drives me crazy. They all seem to really get along and want to help each other. The atmosphere is just plain relaxing and fun.
I’ve also had a stress relief massage. It consisted of a hair mask, scalp massage, shoulder and arm massage and hand and feet exfoliation. A-​maze-​balls.

Had a great experience today. Made the appointment yesterday last minute by a great receptionist, didn’t get her name. When I walked in today, Jill at the desk greeted my by name. Had a spa appointment with veronica who was great. She also washed my hair which is my favorite part, Loretta did my hair today, it was a blow out. She did an amazing job. This was my first time here ever and I felt like I had been going there for years! Everyone is so nice there and welcoming. I’d definitely go there again.

I have been looking for a place out here to have my face and eyebrows threaded. Undergoing chemo caused me to lose all head and body hair. When my face, eyebrows and eyelashes grew back-​it was with a vengeance. Thankfully it was all light in color!!! I went to Tabitha for my threading and was very impressed with her speed, ability, and sense of humor. The price was reasonable and the place immaculately clean. Sam is a treat also!!!

I highly recommend the «Spray Tan!» It looks GREAT! Unlike other spray tans that make you look «Fake and orange,» this one gives you a natural glow, not to mention it doesn’t leave a smell or sticky feeling. The staff is always a pleasure to see and Talk with!!! Prices are fair and very reasonable!
I would recommend this place to everyone… YOU MUST TRY THE SPRAY TAN, you won’t believe how GREAT you’ll look!!!

The salon & spa has a warm feeling it is a beautiful place. The reason i only gave it 2 stars is because I received a massage gift certificate from my husband I was very excited because this was my first massage. Long story short the girl was on her phone texting and to make matters worse she cut the massage short.
Won’t be returning.

I should of taken the hint not to go to this place when they turn away their scheduled customers when they forget to turn on the wax machine and ask you to come back an hour later. Unfortunately the girl who waxed my eyebrows was too inexperienced and completely took off more than what I asked. I guess she was too preoccupied with trying to sell me to get my eyebrows threaded while she waxed off half my eyebrow. Have yet to hear an apology. Honestly don’t waste your time. There’s plenty of other places out east that truly care about their customers.

From the first step I took into the salon, I knew that I would be satisfied. The receptionist was very welcoming and the «mascot», sammie, is adorable. The owner is very nice, and if she isn’t busy she will come up to the front to greet you. I received a facial and a hair cut. The facial was incredible, so relaxing I almost fell asleep! My hair cut was nothing less than perfect as well; Tabitha asked me what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I was looking for. I have never received so many compliments on my hair until now!
My friend has been here for a message and experienced the same quality– comfortable, relaxing and tranquil.

I have been a client for about 3 years. My stylist is Elaine, the salon owner. Thank goodness I found her! She is meticulous in her craft and it is evident that she enjoys her work. My haircuts have never been better and the color is perfect. I have planned trips back from Florida during the winter to coincide with needed cuts and color! Nobody does it better.
There are other stylists who are also excellent and I would recommend any one of them. The salon is attractively decorated and kept in perfect order. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming.
I highly recommend any of the services offered at E salon and Day Spa, whether it is for hair, skin care, massage, mani/​pedi. You’ll be happy. Just call Janice and book your next appointment.

Not great. Had my hair cut twice. The first time I was recovering from a bad hair cut from before so I wasn’t expecting my hair to turn out perfect. I thought I would go again thinking the next time It should be great. But the second time around, I still didn’t like the cut.
