Hampton Lady Beach Bar and Grill

Enjoyed the beautiful view at the restaurant while having a quiet meal on a weekday. Glass of wine in hand at the beautiful hamptons weather!
My friend and I had a decent experience at the restaurant. Prices were high, but it is the Hamptons so all prices are inflated. $ 8 for a cup of clam chowder that was really watery and un seasoned. $ 20 for shrimp tacos. Unfortunately the entrée did not come with ANYTHING, like a salad or side of fries to anything. It was just two small to medium size tacos, with a greedy amount of avocado on top. I think they really could have given more for the money. Not even a side salad?
Now the only thing that didn’t make me not enjoy this meal was the fact that the tacos were AWESOME. Im not sure how they marinated the shrimp, but they were plumb and grilled so nicely. They also had some kind of homemade salsa on top that was unique, and addicting.

Decided to go to our favorite summer spot as we were coming out for the weekend. Was happy to see it was open already for the season. My family and I have been coming here since the incept 4 years ago and every year the food and service continues to get better. I had the chicken and waffles and let me start by saying that this is pure heaven. Crispy chicken, warm waffles and maple syrup. That combination was incredible. It’s nice to see such diversity and a more broadened menu for non seafood eaters such as my wife. She had the rigatoni vodka and grilled chicken which was excellent as well but quite boring as we can get that anywhere in NYC. This place is the secret hidden gem of the Hamptons and I’m sure the word will get out this summer. The views are spectacular as we sat and watched the ocean. Will def be back.

Beautiful location and a great staff! Came in on a Tuesday night where they have a special which includes: two lobsters, corn, and potatoes. The dinner was absolutely scrumptious for just $ 30.00.
The restaurant is down dune road and surrounded by water. While eating, you can watch the sunset and the fishing boats coming in.
This is definitely a Hampton summer hotspot! Five stars *****

Took the family there over the memorial day not knowing what to expect but had heard great things about it so decided to give it a shot. First thing I noticed was how clean this place was and the staff was friendly and prompt which i really liked. We ordered the Cajun calamari for an appetizer which was excellent. For dinner I had the rib eye which was cooked prefect. My wife ordered the fish taco and she absolutely loved them. The service was excellent and price fairly for a Hamptons restaurant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great food and an awesome atmosphere and ocean front dining

We came to the hamptons for a bachelorette party from Philly and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting to have a celebratory dinner. Not only were we on the water sitting in the sunshine with a band playing, the owners sent us a champagne toast on the house. They were so accommodating and welcoming and gave us a great experience! The food was amazing– hands down the best tuna avocado I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this spot!

The food was really amazing. Great quality awesome water views of the bay the baked clams were really good as well the calamari great Cezar salad.

We love the Hampton Lady! The dining room overlooking the sunset is wonderful, the service is great, and food delicious and consistent. I love the lobster special and the absolutely delectable stuffed flounder! The service is always consistently good and friendly, this restaurant is one of my favorite places to dine.

Food was cold. Lobster salad bland. Small fried fish in the fish tacos. Didn’t taste fresh, just crusty.

This place has great views and nice outdoor seating. The raw bar service and drinks are excellent. The food was not the best. Some items were not made fresh. Some items are. If I want a drink and some clams or oysters a good stop on a sunny day. Dinner, I will go elsewhere.

First. I love lobster. That’s what I come out here for. I used to frequent sundays and oaklands and thought they were the only places. until I found Hampton Lady. Come here if you want what most people want when they go to eat. good food.good service and good ambience. Hampton lady has it all. Sundays and oaklands are nice but I got turned off by horrible service I had and a sharing charge for an $ 86 dollar 3 pound lobster which I never had in all my years of going there. Hampton lady appreciates the customers they have and even better. they have an excellent twin lobster special on the weekends which is impossible to find out here. They have a front deck and bar with music and a back deck with a gorgeous view. The service is attentive without being overbearing. You can’t go wrong here.

Loved the atmosphere and decorations, but the food was really disappointing and the service was terrible. They brought my food out a good ten minutes after everybody else’s. I won’t be going back.

The staff is AMAZING-​! Bobbie and her crew were beyond attentive, Chef Anthony is so accommodating, he made a special dish specifically for my gluten free & vegan sister in law (which she loved). Their lobster special is a STEAL not to mention it was the best lobster I have ever had, it was steamed to perfection, not tough or chewy at all. Everyone was thrilled with their meals, so fresh and cooked to perfection. We cannot wait to go back again. Seriously take it from me (a local), it is the BEST seafood in the Hamptons (and I have been dining out there for 22 years). The staff, and owners are so gracious to all of their patrons do not hesitate to drop in for a meal, you won’t regret it.

We were waiting for our food for an hour at least. I asked waiter to bring drinks twice, he showed up at our table just when was taking order, after 40 minutes waiting I went looking for him and asked to bring our drinks. and It was not busy night!!! I liked the soup but my friends didn’t like anything from their overpriced food. Two girls from our 6 party never got their vine! From the beginning we made 2 separate orders, but it was «impossible to split the bill, because we had one table.:)))“The worst service ever!!! My friends did not want to tip the waiter, he ran after us outside and threw money to my husbands face, the only person who actually tip. P. s. I prefer to not write reviews and not make complains, understand it’s hard job to serve other people but it was to much!!! Our evening was ruined.

Five stars from the biggest critic — my 12 year old! She says — very friendly people, excellent food and amazing view. I say the service was great, so fast and courteous all around. We had a great lunch, my lobster roll was fantastic. I bet it’s great for happy hour, the deck was beautiful!

Service was very friendly and attentive.
They were accommodating, and we were out on the boat with the dog, and they let us keep the dog on the outside patio with us. (Waitress even brought him a little bowl of water)
The food was moderately priced ~ expensive for what it was, but decent for the location.
All the food was FRESH, and super super hot.

It was good, twin lister special was worth it and steamers were on the cold side but good. Service was slow but for a Sunday and so crowded, it was understandable

Great way to start off summer with an amazing restaurant on the bay. Highly recommend the ceviche appetizer. My table was raving about the delicious sauce and fresh fish. The twin lobster specials are the way to go. Perfectly cooked lobsters at a very reasonable price. Very attentive service and unprecedented views. Visit is a must!

The scenery is great here and so is the food. Everybody at the table enjoyed the food. The service wasn’t too bad either. The drinks were so-​so; I would skip the cocktails and just get some wine.
I enjoyed my lobster, corn, and potatoes.
However, we weren’t pleased to see a «2 lobsters for $ 28» advertisement on the awning, only to find that if you split the entrée, there was a $ 10 split charge. Taking a look at the other reviews, there are issues with management and I can see why. When you get a couple in the door with a phony advertisement, you won’t get repeat business. With tourists using Unilocal now, gouging them once is no longer an option. Our bill was about $ 100, which is fine, but not with the little extra nickel and dime action. It’s so asinine as it was under 10% of the bill and it turns customers away. My advice to the management is to be honest with customers up front about the cost of dining — raise prices if you have to. They could have a solid four stars and more than enough of a business increase to eat the $ 10 split charges; it’s such a shame.
I did make the waiter aware that they need to look at the criticisms on here if they want to be successful.
I won’t be back. There are too many good places, deserving of my business, to justify dining here again.

The east end has a few places with great views, this one is waterfront toward the end of Dune Road. upstairs makes a difference as does topside in Montauk etc. Nice ocean and bay views with raised upstairs seating.
Live music on weekends, seafood and drinks. The bands vary, Defying gravity there /​very upbeat older rock. Other bands played various music styles not sure of their names were good also.
Lots of places to sit inside and outside on front or rear decks. Has a crowd of locals at the bar for Happy Hour.
Very friendly and professional staff for a casual place. Waitress checked on me, though outside repeatedly. Also gave tips on fresh fish off menu etc. Friends also liked calamari, seafood, drinks etc. One friend ordered pasta, also friends of friends had burgers. and left me thinking. why would anyone do that … lol
