Scotto’s Pork Store

Out east good Italian takeout is a rare commodity. Scotto’s fixes that with an excellent selection of fancy and regular pizzas and delicious sandwiches. One of my favorite nights is when we drive out East and pickup Scotto’s for dinner. Try the fried eggplant panini and have them throw some freshly sliced prosciutto d’parma on top. It’s a bit of heaven held in your hand.

Scotto’s Pork Store. A pork store isn’t normally on my wish list of places to grab some grub but, I suggest you add it to yours, and here’s why;
I was «out east» enjoying the beautiful weather and the St. Patrick’s parade, when I saw a sign that read, «$ 1 slices during parade»… they were going like hotcakes and a buck was all it cost, no tax, just a simple dollar for one of the largest slices I’ve seen. This slice wasn’t just large in size, the flavor was as big as can be. Saucy, cheesy, and quite yummy for a buck; seeing just one slice, I would have to imagine ordering an entire pie would be a great deal even at the normal price, above $ 1 a slice.
This pork store is not just that; they have what looks to be, quite an extensive menu for not only catering, but daily dining as well.

Great homemade pastas, sausages and prepared Italian dishes that you can take home to heat up. They offer a variety of other Italian foods and they also have breads and make pizza, but I didn´t try that this time, but it looks very nice. My absolute favorite were their sausages. Bravo.

Not many places can do Italian right in my mind. If I lived closer, I’d be more overweight then I am, and that’s because I’d eat here every single night. First of all the Eggplant is absolutely incredible. I love it both on an Eggplant parm hero, and on a panini sandwich with fresh mozzarella. Next the CHICKEN SALAD is addicting an delicious. I absolutely love the chicken salad, and the fresh bread! Now I’m hungry thinking about what to order now.

The pizza is ok, but I think their strengths are their deli items. My husband raved about his sandwich and it did look tasty, but the pizza was ok. I’d definitely go back to explore more of their menu!

Pizza is a sensitive subject… But in my opinion, Scottos is the best on long island.
Always fresh ingredients, perfect crust.
The rest of the products sold are of extremely high quality.
A bit high priced, but this is the Hamptons (!) and a plain pizza for less than $ 14. is rare…
If price is an issue, try the pizza specials on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Loved the food but the manager is obnoxious. I stopped going to Scotto’s because my company always ordered from them from the menu posted online and we never had a problem. When I went in to pick up our $ 100 order I noticed a price difference of an additional $ 10. I questioned the price as I went to pay and was told that prices changed at the beginning of the month (a week earlier at the time). I explained that their online menu still had the old prices and since this was not my credit card it belonged to my company would they mind giving it to us for the price that they have advertised online. The woman who was the manager was so nasty and told me that the price was the price. I explained to her that I would let my boss know for next time but that since we ordered from the online menu which still showed the other prices we were expecting to pay a certain amount which was authorized by my boss. She would not budge at all! That was the last time I ordered from them. Who would want to lose long time business customers over $ 10? Thankfully there are other delicious places to go in and around Hampton Bays.

An absolute must! The freshest and best tasting food around. Order and stay to eat. Order to go… or order for a party. Whatever your needs the owners will make it happen. We trave 350 miles to eat here when we are home on Long Island! It’s a must have fix for us… wish we could eat there more often. If you haven’t been… GO!

They got the best Chicken Parm. I’ll definitely comeback. Customer service is awesome too.

Absolute best marinated steaks and home made pizza…

Take this review for what its worth — probably not much– only tried the pizza and pudding. Could be very good for sandwiches as many say.
The slice of pizza was huge but the greasiest slice ever. and I mean ever. Oil dripping everywhere, not good flavor. Not good anything! What a waste.
The cup of chocolate pudding though — was good!

I CRAVE Scott’s all the time. The food there is amazing. Love their Francese and their eggplant parm. They had this insane family deal for $ 20 dollars for pasta and wings. It was a ridiculous amount of food, we had yummy leftovers for three adults and two kids. Can’t wait until I am back out visiting to eat here!

Best pizza I’ve had up to date. Plenty of parking, warm service, yummy crispy pizza… what more could you want? This is the place I go if Im craving slices of pizza. It’s funny because I never would of visited the place, but one day I was walking pass their door and I smelled the aroma of pies baking. I was hooked afterwards. So yea, not only does the pizza smell good, but it also taste delicious.
I bought a few items such as fresh mozzarella and balsamic glaze. Very PRICEY! For those two things, I ended up spending almost $ 20… it came out to be $ 18 something. So yes, expect to pay a little bit more in this store, but I think it’s worth it.

I am a fan of spending for quality and taste. Both are covered here. Try the steaks for the bBQ, the take out pizza and especially the salads. They also have dinner ready items to take from container to table. They recently catered a friends outside event and OMG! Best pizzas, appetizers and service! They cater exceptionally.
For those who complain the pizza is greasy. they use fresh mozzarella. I am used to Brooklyn Pizza and this is up to par!

All I have to say is Mmmm mmmm mmm mmm mmmmm… YUM!!! This place makes THE BEST sandwiches!!! They are a bit pricey… but so worth it… and the sandwiches are so big, you can share, so it really isn’t that bad price wise. I highly recommend the eggplant sandwich… but you can’t go wrong with anything you get there… and they use chiabatta bread which is soooo tasty! Definitely worth a stop in there!

Great place to get various meats and such. Also I think it should be known that they make the best pizza in town. Forget about the 15 other pathetic pizzerias in the area, this is the place to get a fresh pie. They are super accommodating when it comes to toppings as well, i have actually brought m, y own toppings from the grocery store once and they chopped them up and put it on the pizza. I have nothing but nice things to say about the pleasant employees and i hope they stay in business for a long time.

Excellent market, excellent prepared food, friendly staff. Added bonus: not packed with Hamptons assholes.

I love this place even more in January… when every place is moping and depressed — Scotto’s is busy because they are good. the people were all super helpful, even went in the back and gave me some fresh basil for my fresh mozzerella — which I needed out here… Very accommodating and everything looks and tastes super.
People come here for deli, pork store items, pasta’s, sauces, and hot food. And pizza! the pizza is only part of what they do. but they do it better than most pizza stores. Alwasy looks amazing too.

Wow, Hampton Bays really needed an amazing, upscale store like this. I had been in there before, a long time ago, and when I went back in this weekend, I was doubly impressed.
Delicious displays of pizza by the slice (or full pie), an amazing selection of pre-​made foods like marinated olives, fresh mozzerella, tuna salad, pasta salad and anything else that you might like to buy by the pound and bring in a cooler down to the beach for a truly impressive spread.
Walk past the coolers to find endless varieties of fresh ravioli, high quality grated cheeses and plenty of desserts. Find an amazing selection of meats and cheeses for a dinner party, or have them put together some hero sandwiches for you. There is a great selection of amazing products, so even if you’re only in town for a few days, it’s worth a trip.
