I travel quite a bit for work and stay in a lot of high end hotels. This Best Western was one of the best quality experiences I have EVER had. I was super impressed with the staff, cleanliness of the rooms, appearance of the hotel(under construction at the time but you could tell the care taken to make it look neat and presentable), smell of the hallways and rooms was pleasant, air conditioning worked great, pool was very clean, breakfast was hot and presented well. Overall, this is a 5 star hotel. Thank you for a great experience, worth every penny I spent. If you are looking for a good value, this is the hotel for you.

This place is kind of a joke, i know for a fact they do not clean the room correctly. I pulled off the pillow cases and they were disgusting. DONOTSTAYHERE… Looks clean but it isnt. Check out the pictures i uploaded. If you do stay check the pillows!

My husband, my son, and I stayed in this hotel this past weekend for my son’s AAU basketball tournament at The Rim. At first, it was fine. I THOUGHT. And then, when we were packing up and getting ready to leave, a cockroach ran up and over one of the beds. Not a little one, either. It still gives me the willies. And so, when we returned home last night, all of our things HADTOSTAYOUTSIDE until we could shake everything out and make sure nothing came home with us. Awful experience. NEVERAGAIN.

Ok, being here at the inn for 3 weeks going on another 3 weeks things have changed. First off now the cell phone service have gotten to no bars being there is no cell phone towers in Hampton area of this inn. Meaning even if you brought your Wi-Fi Hotspot that will be useless also too. So having good service on the inn’s Wi-Fi is worse also too being you have about about 56 students on one side of the inn plus any other inn guest who have checked in sucking up all the Wi-Fi band net meaning it’s gotten worse to stay log online and so forth. This is a monthly rotation of students here among things. The inn has been making modifications to all the rooms bathrooms which they were making the walls nicer. I had to move into another room which gave me another picture that all the rooms have different microwaves, refrigerators, and A/C units. The room I moved into had a better A/C unit but older microwave and better refrigerator. The only bad thing I hated about this room was it had a door which connected to the room next to me. It is locked but really unnecessary and big turn off to me. Bad enough the walls are thin where you can hear other people next to you if they are talking loud enough plus the TV also too. I wouldn’t care much if I had better cell phone service and Wi-Fi also too. I’m pretty sure this inn among all the others are the same on 817 Lafayette Rd Hampton, NH area so I would recommend other people to stay around Exeter being when I go up in that area for school I have full LTE cell phone service in that area.

This Best Western is small but the rooms were clean for the most part. The carpet looks a little worn but the bathroom has spotless. Good job to the cleaning staff! The rates for a overnight were reasonable for off season and it’s a good stop to just getaway for a few days. Parking was easy. of course. Off season. I would stay there again.

Booked on Hotwire for a reasonable price, this was nothing special but not bad either. Room was huge and comfortable(though the soundproofing was lacklustre, I could hear my neighbour’s TV far too clearly). It looks like some renovations have been done and a major overhaul of the pool area was in progress while I was there at the end of April. There’s no restaurant anymore(though a basic breakfast buffet is available), but there’s numerous options close by. One thing I liked — they had me park my motorcycle under the canopy at the entrance so it was out of the rain and observable at all times — that’s good in my books.

I only stayed for one night. My sister in law and girlfriend went up the night before the color run. It was nice for the price. Clean and pretty roomy. I liked the high ceilings and the staff seemed pretty friendly. We didn’t explore too much more other than the room we stayed in, so I can’t comment on much else. I prob would stay here again.

This place has definitely seen better days. The bar and restaurant are no longer functioning, the jacuzzi is boarded up, the rooms look so outdated that we were actually scared to touch some of the furniture and hangings. The wi-fi was super annoying– kept timing out, asking you to put in a password every 5 – 10 minutes and didn’t get great signal. The outside doors, though should, did not lock– not exactly a safe feeling. For the price per night, this was definitely not what we expected. While walking along Hampton beach we saw an inn on the water with a lower price that had availability. Wish we stayed there instead. That being said, the staff was very pleasant and the location isn’t too bad. About 3 miles from the beaches.

2.25. It’s exactly what you should expect. Everything is find and the room was clean. It’s a Best Western… so don’t expect any more. The staff were friendly and fast at doing their job. Breakfast… full cysco grabage… excuse my french… it was fine: Instant eggs and meats, Cereals, Low qulaity breads, pastries on a couple days. Is it too much to ask for some plain yogurt instead of ones full of sugar? The gym was a little old, the pool water was a little cloudy. They need to do some upgrades on the pool floor too. The wireless internet didn’t seem to work for me…

I’d rather give a 2.5 stars but gave it 3 due to the staff. All were pleasant and very nice. The room had a somewhat smoky smell considering it was a non smoking room. The TV is an old style and has a lousy picture. Beds were small. The restaurant attached to the hotel is a decent diner. They need more washer/dryers for guests. Wait time for them was too long. Not a bad place but due to the location they can charge what is typically way too much for this type of hotel.

This place is a fairly pleasant little getaway for a weekend in Hampton Beach’s off-season when the nightly rates are lower. It’s just 10 minutes or so’s drive from the beach, has nice enough rooms, an indoor pool and a fairly good complementary breakfast. I don’t think it’d be as exciting in the on-season as you’d be paying a lot more for the room. In the off season at the lower rate, it’s priced just about right for what you get. It’s very cozy. The pool’s a little gross. The temperature is nice and soothing but something about the water just felt kinda… thick. We didn’t stay in there very long. All in all, a nice enough place that’s better(again, in the off season) in a value sense than just considering for overall excellence. It also helps if the hotel is hosting a comic show that weekend you’d like to attend. Which is NOT something that requires an overnight stay in the same hotel like a comic CONVENTION does, but hey, any excuse to take weekend beach getaway, even in the off-season, is a good one.
