I work in the area, and any time I’m not at the gym on my lunch break, you can find me here. I absolutely adore the staff — they exemplify great customer service. They have everything I could ever want from a coffee shop — an array of different, custom lattes; a plethora of delicious baked goods and a cozy place to sit and read or free wi-​fi if I feel like being on my phone.
I typically order lattes — lately I’ve been fixed on their dirty chai latte — they even make their own chai! They even offer dairy alternatives — soy and almond milk. If you’re into flavored lattes, they have you covered!
I’m so thankful to have them in the neighborhood!

Love coming here! I go out of my way to come here because of the friendly staff, great food and drink. The food is always fresh. I would recommend a breakfast sandwiches or muffins. Love to sit and enjoy the lovey décor. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Went in for a latte to go, but the space is so cozy I ended up sitting down and having a warm ham & cheese croissant too. (Croissant was buttery and delicious and just the right size.) I don’t go to Hampton often, but I might start going out of my way for the great coffee and atmosphere here. The owner is warm and friendly, and there is obviously a lot of pride and care that goes into the food and drink. My campfire mocha was REALLY good, too. I will be back!

The wife and I have been in a dozen times over the summer and fall while walking 27 with our baby. The service is always friendly and inviting. The coffee stations are always clean and stocked. They could serve terrible coffee (which they certainly do not) and I would still want to give them my money.

We are visiting my parents nearby and were so happy to find this place! Amazing, homemade chai soy lattes and delicious breads, muffins, donuts… it’s a good thing we don’t live nearby or I’d need to go to the gym a lot more. Looking forward to our next visit when we will definitely stop in again.

Lots of freshly baked items handmade by the shop owner. I can vouch for the coffee cake!
WiFi Internet is very zippy, nice place to work or study.

Heide was super welcoming, explained where all of her food and drinks come from (she makes most of it herself), and the cider donuts, pumpkin latte, cold brew coffee, and muffins were delicious!

The family just moved to Hampton and we found a coffee place right around the corner with no Unilocal reviews. We tried it out and loved it! I got the ‘Hampton Latte’ and it was delicious, the atmosphere was so quaint, and everyone was friendly. I will definitely be back whenever I am in the area

The Seacoast needed a place like Breaking Bean Coffee! We’re all a little tired of the DD model. Breaking Bean’s owner, Heidi has taken an empty storefront on High Street and turned it into a little slice of Heaven. Delicious Lavazza coffee in all possible forms, hot capp, iced capp, lattes, flavored, or just a plain old cup deliciously rich and satisfying hot coffee. (There are all the other beverages too but my focus was coffee) The aroma of fresh coffee and homemade goodies greet you as soon as you open the door.
The blueberry muffins looked amazing so I ordered one to go with my coffee. I haven’t had a muffin like that since my Mom’s — the texture, the abundance of blueberries, the topping, the taste! So good! Plus Heidi toasted it! She offered butter but I wanted to see if it could be delicious on its own. It was!
Heidi is the kind of business owner that you find in a small town — friendly, welcoming, eager to please. Her barista, Katy, with her great smile fits in perfectly.

Breaking Bean Coffee Co has become a much requested morning destination by my three year old son. He loves the blueberry muffins made with Maine blueberries. Their iced lattes are excellent and they carry almond milk for those of us who are unable to use cream.
The quality of their products are top notch and owner Heidi works to create a welcoming environment for all. Breaking Bean Coffee Co is not only a coffee shop within our community, but is also helping create a sense of community.

I love coffee shops where staff are friendly, the coffee made to order and pastry and food unique and tasty. Breaking Bean has all this plus easy parking. We will be back.
