Ok. We came here for my niece 6th birthday and of course it would be running around with kids and the kids would have fun. The only thing that disappointed me was Chuck E. Now I’m from Hawaii and the people who were in the Chuck E suit were always bouncy and happy and gave off a big happy vibe. The one here was like«Meh. Yeah gather around and follow me. Now sit down and here’s the tickets.» And walked off. Terrible. So that’s why I’m giving it a 3 Star. Come on guys that work there. Give off some happy spirit. Smh

I read previous posts and was frightened about going. I decided to go check it out and see for myself. The place was awesome. They were neat and clean with excellent service. The pizza came out in no more than 15 minutes and the games worked perfectly. The only thing that bothered me was that Chucke himself(the guy in the suit) walked around and paid no real mind to the children. His point is to interact with the kids which he never really did. It never affected me as my nephew was afraid of him anyway. Otherwise, great experience!

Dirty! Restrooms are extremely dirty the whole place is out of date… Can’t tip waitress on credit card so I had to go to ATM to get cash. Sad that this place has gone so down hill! Can’t say they didn’t know restrooms weren’t clean cause an employee was walking out as I was walking in. I must say though my niece did have a blast!

More of a day care where parents want to hang out and socialize without watching their kids. They let them run around like heathens. I live 30 seconds away and I would rather drive 30 min to another one. I have 4 girls and every experience I’ve had at this one has been disgraceful. I’m just being honest with you, don’t waste your time here.

So, how do I start this… *pondering*. We were invited to a birthday party at this location. We found that the pizza and salad bar were good/decent. The entertainment was alright. The staff were friendly but looked bored out of their minds; when it was their time to perform or guide the audience to do as they say, they lacked enthusiasm. I wanted to put them out of their misery, I couldnt look any longer. More than 80% of their equipment had a OUTOFORDER sign, which was a bummer as it limited the kids from playing certain games; therefore, causing a cluster of kids to play the same thing. There were way too many kids there, I believe there should be a capacity limit. The parents of these kids were not present or didnt care, so you had kids(older) running into little ones and bumping them etc. I was a bit disturbed by this. More than half of their ticket redeeming machines were out, so we had a long line waiting to count your tickets. Ridiculous. They need more of these around. The toddler area was a dump. They had a drum/keyboard area where the keyboard was missing keys. Keyboard has never been replaced. A couple of the riding machines took our tokens and never worked. When it was time to claim our prize or gadgets, the attendant behind the counter was clueless as to how to do his job. About half way through assisting me, he leaves me high and dry to help another customer and I wasnt even done collecting the items. I had to get his attention to finish my transaction. How rude and careless. With all of the money that this company makes from birthday parties and parents spending money, they do not invest back into their company. They need to upgrade their toys, machines, arcade and do something about renovating the area. I would also suggest having a metal detector or a security guard on staff, which I didnt see neither. A security guard, definitely in case anything bad happens. The metal detector wouldnt be a bad idea or a bag check point to check people’s bags; you just never know who can show up and start shooting. FYI: most of the people that were there with their families/kids, were looking kind of «suspect» to me. I didnt feel safe with my 3 year old. It was run down and the folks I saw could have been gang affiliated. Not a comfortable thought to ponder about.

Chuck e cheese is not my favorite place to be. There are way too many kids and idiot parents for my taste, however I will suck up the experience if only to see my son peering out at me through the overhead plastic bubble windows with his goofy look at me face. I have not been to this chuck e cheese in Hampton and wont visit simply because of these wacky business pictures. Who is this woman in the main picture? Does she own chuck e cheese? Is she married to the big cheese himself? Who are these people?! I am very disturbed by this. That is all.

Awesome pizza and salad bar. Great place if you are looking to relax and let the little ones play games.

Granted you can come inside for free and just play in the tubes but they really need to start up grading their equipment. Half of the games will take your tokens and thats the ones that dont already have an Out Of Order sign on them. The pizza still tastes just as good as when I was a kid though.
