Got some lowlights. After two hours and a blow dry, there were no changes to my hair. 60 $ for nothing. Meanwhile. Another lady was giving trims and making some notably uneven cuts. Also rude to customers. I will never come back here.

I have been going here for several years simply because of one stylist — Rachael. She is a wonderful person and does a fabulous job with my hair. I get lots of compliments all the time and it’s fun to watch the faces of people who ask where I go to get my hair«done» and I reply«Supercuts». The no advance appt policy is kind of a drag, but I usually decide to get my hair cut on a whim so it works okay for me.

Just a personal update. The stylist who has been cutting my hair for 3 years, has left. I do not know the dynamics of this action. What I can say is every attempt from me, to find out where she went to, has been met with silence by the staff. While getting my hair cut there, by another stylist, she was interrupted multiple times by people calling to make appointments with the gal who has left. While I realize that a business generally does not tell you where else to go, I found the way my questions were skirted, or ignored, troublesome. I had to have my hair cut yesterday. In the while before I get my next cutting, I am going to look for another place to go. Not happy, at all, with the ignoring of my questions. Eventually, this gal who has taken care of my hair needs, will turn up. I got a serviceable hair cut. It was not cut like I am used to having done. Your mileage may vary.
