Dana’s Towing and Repair

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had!
They towed my truck and it fell off the back at drop off and into another car.
3 weeks after hunting them down and no returned phone calls from Dana I was finally able to reach their insurance company.
Thanks to them I need a completely new bumper and miss three days of work due to my car being in the shop.
DO NOT USE DANAS TOWING EVER!

Rented a uhaul van over the weekend, couldn’t have been an easier process. The man behind the counter couldn’t have been nicer, or more genuine. Also spoke to a woman on the phone that was equally nice. Also decent amount of customer parking for a tow place.

This place and this guy «Dana» are the lowest form of scum on the face of the earth.
After being in an accident this guy performed the police tow. When I went to find out how much I owed and politely asked for the keys to my house and other vehicle I was told with no mistaking «NO and I wouldnt get ANYTHING from my vehicle until the full fee was paid». After telling him what I thought about the situation he radioed the Hampton Police where after explaining to them what I had requested, admittedly showing my frustration, was threatened to be hauled of to jail. Meanwhile another police officer was able to have my ‘house keys’ removed from my key ring. After the fact I researched my situation and found out by LAW that I am able to retrieve a multitude of things from my vehicle even though it is impounded. See NH State law Section 262:35a specifically part III. This guy uses this scam as a way to ensure he gets his tow fee, which I am sure a majority of people are willing to pay and its great to know that the police take his side rather than upholding the very laws they are paid to enforce. I wouldnt use this guy to tow, fix my car or even rent a uhaul from. Scumbag!
