We were looking for a specific looking floor and wall tile. They were very helpful via email before we decided to make the drive over. The tile was perfect and we ordered two boxes that came in just a few days. Service was great! We used a credit card but I guess if you pay by cash or check you get a little discount. We would buy tile again !

Two granite workmen from Eno’s reset and re-grouted our entire two-level granite island which Eno’s installed 20 years ago. Over time and also because of a mini-disaster here a year ago, the slabs were no longer lined up exactly right and were no longer level. It was quite tricky for them to get access underneath and to shim and readjust without cracking the granite. They were here all afternoon and what a lovely improvement. We are quite grateful. Yes, we paid Eno’s well but I have rarely been that happy to write a check! Thank you, Paul and Eric Eno and especially your two great employees.

Regarding the Deb H review. Because we have the largest most complete tile selection in the area we are often where customers come to see tile that they can’t see clearly on line. In some cases after customers see the actual tile in our show room they purchase it on line. Since we aren’t a showroom for our on line competitors when a customer gives the impression that they are only«using our showroom» we tend to be less helpful than we normally would be. My sales person thought this was the case and acted accordingly. If the salesperson was incorrect I apologize. We have been doing what we do for going on 50 years. Mistakes will be made but generally we try to treat our customers fairly and with good service. The online business makes that difficult. I am sorry Deb H. had a bad experience. Paul Eno CEO.

My husband and I are remodeling a small bathroom and our contractor told us we need a few small accent pieces. We went to Enos to see selection of remnants and to inquire about pricing. When we walked in, the woman behind the counter was very curt with us. We had approximate sizes and told her we were unsure, and wanted a ballpark and to know what size remnant we should look at. She appeared annoyed and while writing some figures was corrected several times by a man who also worked there. The good is that they have a lot of selection, but the customer experience was very poor. She gave us a figure that seemed high and this was confirmed when we went to Arens stone in Greenland. The owner stood outside with us and helped us pick a remnant the right size, and our cost was $ 500 less than quoted at Enos. My husband and I both felt that she didn’t want to be bothered helping us.

My husband & I are in the process of remodeling our home. I originally went to Enos last spring to look for floor tile for our bathroom and mudroom. They allowed me to take many different samples home to determine which tile to go with. Unfortunately we have had some unforeseen expenses in our project and we have had to put off that mudroom and bathroom at this time. We are now only focusing on our kitchen which we are having hardwood flooring placed. I decided to go back to Enos to look for kitchen backsplash as their selection is incredible. After my second trip back we had narrowed it down to a few different types of tile. When I went back to the store to return the backsplash tiles, of which there were 6 different ones, to request pricing on some of them the response I got was«You were in here before and looked at a lot of tile and never bought any. I’m not going to give you pricing on all of these tiles. I’ll give you prices on a few but not all of them». What kind of customer service is this? I have never been treated like this before and will not be buying my backsplash from these people. I gave 2 stars for the huge selection of tile. Up to today I would have recommended them, but unfortunately I will not be going back again. They could have had more business from us as well since we will be doing the mudroom/bathroom next year. This is no way to treat a customer!

Great place! I would recommend it very highly! They have a large assortment of granite, marble, tile! Great displays giving great ideas for your home improvement or new home. Can’t say enough«Good» about Eno’s a must visit for your home«needs» Thank you to all that helped us out.

I would give no stars if possible. We purchased a total of $ 23000 worth the 0f materials from Enos. We met with Paul Enos personally to make sure he understood how we wanted our granite installed… Specifically with the beautiful veining and ornament of the stone at eye level. It was to be a 4.5’x9’ wall of granite with veining as the central focal point. It was clear. HEPUTITINUPSIDEDOWN. He refuses to even consider making this right. Too expensive he says. He never tried to contact us to get our permission or input as to whether he could or should make this change. He has ruined it. It is going to cost us $ 1000s to make this right. I would never never ever use this company again and I would warn anyone to BEWARE
