was sexually approached by a nasty old man «playing» with himself in the bathroom mirror as he stood behind me — will never set foot here again as the management did nothing when notified!

The guy in the delivery drive up window was flirting so hard with the 2 foxes in the car in front of me, he did not bother to check anything. Instead of a 10 piece McNuggets I got a 4 piece. Instead of a big Mack I got a grilled chicken sandwich. No fries and a Sprite instead of a Diet Coke I can certainly see why they have such a crappy rating. Next time I’ll go to Newport News

Understaffed and rude. I stopped in the drive-​thru at about 10:30 pm on 11÷27÷15. I was in the right hand of the two drive-​thru lanes. Upon pulling up to the screen I was asked to wait, which I did. The left hand lane was also waiting. After a few minutes the cashier took the customer’s order in the left hand lane. I thought I was next as they typically alternate lanes, but much to my dismay, the cashier continued to take orders from the left hand lane. In between each car, I yelled out «Hello» yet she took 5 cars in a row from the left hand lane. At that point I pulled out of the right hand lane, parked my car, and went inside. I told the cashier inside that there are two lines of traffic in the drive-​thru but they were only taking orders from one. He said «excuse me» so I explained again. His response, «Well, we only have one cashier on drive-​thru» and I told him to either close one drive-​thru lane or alternate lanes like they are supposed to. Again, he said «Excuse me». I just looked at him and left… the store was a mess inside, and there were was at least 10 employees in there… most of whom were standing around doing nothing. Yet they were unable to successfully satisfy many customers (others inside were complaining about it being slow, etc.). Fortunately I do not live in or frequent this area and will make it a point to not go to this McDonald’s again.

Understaffed in a big way. Food served not up to mcD code. Thrown together with wrong amounts (i.e. Chicken on a salad)

This location is usually good for breakfast when I am on my way to donate blood plasma twice a week. I just needed to donate later than usual today, so I swung by for a Mc Double. Never again for lunch or dinner food at this location. The bun was stale & obiviously so. The cheese was not melted. And their menu has a Dollar Menu & More section, however there are absolutely zero items that are only $ 1.00. I consider that false advertising because they could very easily just use another term such as Value Menu. I am giving this location three stars based on their wonderful breakfast staff & quality breakfast food & actually having several $ 1.00 items on their Dollar Menu & More section. But I would agree with other reviews on here & steer clear at all other times other than breakfast.

McDonald’s is a staple of life. No matter what location it is — it has ups and downs. I tend to be very well mannered so I am always saying «please and thank you». I find that gets me a lot farther when I do have an issue. I usually only go to this location for breakfast or lunch and the one time I had a problem with an iced coffee (clearly, something went BAD in it… bad milk maybe), the manager on staff was very quick to offer solutions and rectify it. I mainly called to warn them as I’m sure they had served a couple more by the time I got to work and I didn’t want anyone to get sick. But it was handled as best as it could be.
But I have not had any major issues at this location. So, I will continue to visit. :)

People with physical or intellectual disabilities are not welcome at this location. It is difficult to get in for those with mobility issues and they never have picture menus for the deaf.

So I’m giving an update. After have bad service plenty of times. Today I was surprised by smiling faces at the window, hot food, the correct food, and a generally pleasant atmosphere. I see the change please keep it up!!!

Time has went by since I have been to this location. The location now has two drive through lanes, but I did have to wait for the other person to order before I could place my order. No problem, but that is the reason why I went to the other lane. I order my food, paid, but the employee who took my money didn’t even tell me to have a nice day. I get to the second window and I had to wait, the person at that window was trying to give away a medium sweet tea on the low (I don’t know why) but I declined. Food was hot and the order was correct.

Typical newer McD’s with two order points yet with no ability to actually take two orders at the same time. I had to very clearly wait for the other line to go first before I was allowed to place my Hail Mary Pass that things would get done somewhere even close to correct order.
The order appeared on the screen as requested and things were looking up but then defeat was snatched from the jaws of victory.
I get to window #2 to take of business but I’m told that I need to go to drive thru space #2 because no fries are ready. I asked what that was and more or less this place has two F-​UP spaces set up for when orders are not ready so that they can keep the line moving for the orders which are ready. I asked the guy how often this happens and he laughed and said «Would we actually have two permanently marked spaces if this only happened once in a while?»
To which I replied, «True Dat» and moved over to space #2.
Five minutes go by.
Ten minutes go by.
At this point I’m thinking that maybe I’m back in the Soviet Union and potatoes are rationed to only certain parts of the country in this case meaning that any state that doesn’t rhyme with Schmidaho has no chance at a damn hot french fry.
Finally after almost fourteen minutes said order arrives with the fries thrown in bag, literally, nuggets with no sauce, no napkins and two milkshakes that had the consistency of Pepto.
I just sighed and accepted my fate and went back to the hotel defeated once again by another crap experience at the Dirty Arches.

Zero stars if Unilocal would let me.
We got the wrong order. Our food was dreadful, and barely warm. While we were waiting to be served one of the managers was dancing in the seating area, while he ate *his* breakfast.
We only here because the local Chick-​Fil-​A was closed for a remodel.
Chew your nails. Dig boogers out of nose — this will be warmer than our order.
Eat elsewhere. Go to Five Guys.

I have been in here quite a few times to get breakfast at 530am. For the most part service is pretty fast.

People who eat at McDonalds would never take the time to check a review! Why am I typing!?!
This place serves McDonald-​style burgers and fries. I tried to eat here after 10 years without eating fast food. I felt sick all night and the next day. Skip all fast food in general please.

Been there three times and had horrible service three times.
