McDonald’s

You would think McDonalds are all the same… you are wrong. First time here employee forgot to give us our sweets. Probably hoping we wouldn’t notice so she could keep them herself. Second time was the most unprofessional display from employees ever. I know its mcdees but how is it acceptable to let employees run around and joke like highschool kids when customers are looking at you? Also the mcdouble I got was obviously hours old.
Seriously drive 5 more mins to a different McDonalds. Management here is terrible, as evident in behavior of employees and quality of product. McDonalds corporate if you see this, check in on this franchise owner. They are making you look exactly like what you are trying to make your image not to be.
2 stars only because the food was palatable. Avoid.

Horrible attitudes from the employees and manager that was on duty. Went there for breakfast. Wasn’t asked if I wanted to dine in or carryout so everything was thrown in a bag. Didn’t offer cream and sugar for my coffee. Had an attitude when I found hair on my hash brown. She snatches it out if my hand and never shows any sign of remorse for the mistake. The manager puts two measly creamers and one sugar in my hand without once even looking me in the eye or asking if I needed anything else. Food was sloppy and rushed. Never going here again. Owner needs to fire everyone there and start over if they want to keep business here. Too many sha nay nay’s and shaquitas working in this place with big colored braids and nothing but rude attitudes. I shouldn’t have expected more just from looking at them. Going to chic fil a from now on.

Went to McDonalds this morning for breakfast and was highly disappointed. I waited about 12 minutes for my food. I was ok with the wait, because I figured I would at least get fresh and hot food. I still got COLD food! What was I waiting for? And to make things worse, I found hair in it. I will not be going back to this McDonalds again. So disappointed.

I have zero expectations out of McAwful’s anymore. My purchases are now limited to two items; sweet tea, and the occasional order of fries.
If you think about it, that is a lot of ground that their menu covers, that I will not order. Why would I spend money to get a cold, poorly prepared burger when I can get to a local mom and pop place, or Five Guys, and get hot food?
Our last (two) stop’s here (for the two above items only) found us being greeted by a young man, with a tablet, (first standing out in the hot summer sun, and a second time, under an umbrella. I can’t wait for the Winter time Ice fishing shack) taking orders before you actually arrived at the menu selection sign. One supposes that if you did not know the menu here, you might be in trouble.
His efforts did not help much. Long wait in the Drive-​Thru line, to get decent tea, and cold fries.
(I am terrified of the thought that one day, Five Guys will install a Drive-​Thru window…)
What is the definition of Insanity? Doing the same thing, over and over, and expecting the results to change.
How does this bunch stay in business?
Really? What-​a-​Burger, or Smitty’s Better Burger is not that far a drive from here. Five Guys is just down the road.

By far the worst of the worst when it come the McDonalds. I go to work early in the morning (3:30 am). On occasion (because Im starving) I go against my intuition and go here and each time I leave disappointed. Each visit I either have to wait cause food is not prepared. poor customer service, finding hair in my food (3 times this has happen I even wrote the cooperate office concerning it). Got a cheeseburger delux the other day and it had so much mayo on it that I got sick. McNuggets and Chicken breast are breaded and taste like they came out of a bag. It smells bad inside too. Please stay away, you will be disappointed. I wish I could give negative stars cause these place deserves it.

Not the best, or the worst. My biggest gripe with this location is that they are open 24 hours a day, but without fail, when I stop here in the middle of the night (I am a shift worker so I usually am going here sometime between 1 and 5am), their systems are mysteriously «down» and they can’t take my order. I’ve never been so inconvenienced by the convenience of fast food.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Sunday morning around 11:45.
Big Mac value meal, double cheeseburger and 2 cheeseburgers. Was asked to pull over to #1 and they’d bring out our food. 8 minutes later we got the food. We did not get an apology for having to wait and we did not get fresh French fries.
Most McDonald’s are going downhill in a hurry and this one made me one closer to not patronizing any more of them.

They put my big mac together out of order. The bottom was in the middle. Then they acted like I was wrong for wanting a different one.
